This is where you will find information on locations that exist in our universe, not only of those that are already created by series that we have integrated, but also planets of which have been created by various users. These are, but not limited to, planets, galaxies, cities, and stations.
Some planets will have a set of Galactic Coordinates, x,y,z coordinates using Earth as the origin, higher numbers denote greater distance from Earth, and hence, Federation space. Boundary of Federation space is XYZ = 9999. The coordinate system is used primarily for jumping distance purposes.
If you have a new location to add, PLEASE copy and paste the code below. Failure to do so will result in your post deleted. Sorry, but this is to keep to the convenience of easy reading, as well as keeping it as uniform as possible.

Planet Name: Rogue
Introduced: Forsaken
Galactic Coordinates: X9864 Y9725 Z-8739
Planetary System: Four non-native planets orbiting twin suns. Rogue is the 4th planet. The other three planets are too close to the suns to be habitable. None of the four planets have moons.
Orbit Parameters: All planets have highly elliptical orbits and their orbits are not on the same two-dimensional plane. All planets were pulled from their native solar systems billions of years before during the Trae galaxy intersection. Rogue is the newest member of this system at 1 billion years old.
REU (relative Earth units) planet size: 0.67 REUs
Climate: Depending on orbit position temperatures range from comfortable to very hot, with highest temperatures reached when planet is nearest the suns. Areas near the equator are uninhabitable due to extreme temperatures.
Geography: Rogue has three continents, only the largest of which is inhabited. Only the largest continent extends below the equator. The largest continent stretches from 10°N to 50°S Latitude and from 68-165° Longitude. The two smaller continents are located to the northwest and due east from the big continent, respectively. The eastern continent is bare rock, while the northwestern continent consists of a young, volcanic mountain range. Eruptions are rare, but the last eruption was recent enough that hardly any vegetation grows on the ash-ridden slopes.
Environmental Resources: Rich mineral deposits, including copper, zinc, titanium, and some uranium. Crops include genetically altered corn, rice, and native crops such as eahu.
Colonization History: Rogue was only recently colonized by the Federation to try and utilize its rich mineral resources. However, the Federation abandoned the colony within 15 years because of frequent attacks by non-Federation species. The colonists remained behind and now invest all money from minerals into self-defense.
Economics: Trading planet. Resources, while rich, do not provide enough income to sustain the colonists. Planet attracts outlaws, pirates, bounty hunters, and other individuals and/or groups wishing to avoid Federation influence.
Major Cities: There are four major cities on the largest continent, including Kiet, Jera, Nirahte, and Grio. Kiet is Rogue’s capital because it contains two space ports and is conveniently located near the western ocean. All ships that require water for safe landing, and all species that evolved on water-filled planets, land in Kiet. Unfortunately, Kiet was recently attacked by two tlezer bolts of unknown origins, which destroyed both space ports. Grio is now the acting capital of Rogue until reconstruction of Kiet is completed.
Dominant Sentient Species: Humans (Homo sapiens)
Resident Population: Approximately 350 million humans live on Rogue. However, as many as 900 million sentients have been recorded on the planet’s surface on heavy trading days.
Government Structure: Democracy.
Alliance(s): None. Shuns the Federation for abandoning them.
Military: None. Planet’s surface is controlled by a heavy police force, although police only tend to intervene on large-scale disturbances or in cases that pose a serious risk to the colonists.
Planetary Defenses: A complex network of satellites monitors the planet’s surface, although the planet itself is not officially defended. However, a very dense asteroid field protects Rogue’s orbit and there are only two open passageways at any given time that ships can safely travel through.

Planet Name: Koroser
Introduced: Ae'zak Ra'zark's profile.
Coordinates: At present, unknown. Widespread sabotage by pre-planted agents has removed the coord's from Federation archives while the Chozo Crisis calms down.
Planetary System: Yellow Star, 8 planets. Koroser is believed to be the 4: Once again, data has been removed from Federation records.
Orbit Parameters: The planets seem to have mostly formed at the same time, so the elliptical orbits are on the same plane, though the 8th planet seems to have a slightly cocked-eyed angle and is believed to have been captured some time after system formation.
REU Planet Size: 1.25 REU
Climate: A planet of relative stability. Not much axial tilt: Seasons are minimal.
Geography: Mostly unknown to Federation at this time, due to paranoia. Known facts: 5 continents and some islands. Oceans are not large. Many mountains.
Natural Resources: Again, unknown (going to be repeating ourselves a lot here) but large stocks of heavy metals is noted due to increased gravity. Sillicareous plants and creatures inedible by any carbonaceous races.
Colonization History: None. Home planet for Korosian species.
Economics: Heavy trade in heavy minerals, weapons, and technology. Exports many young Korosians as well, since they show an aptitude for the important sci-tech field. Korosian tech is both the most effective and most expensive technology on the market. Trade has been temporarily halted due to Chozo Crisis.
Major Cities: Unknown (They won't tell us!)
Dominant Sentient Species: Korosian. Very few other species due to extreme paranoia about visitors. They usually end up permanent guests: All trade occurs on a space station off-planet.
Resident Population: Korosian, scattering of all other known sentients. Size unknown
Government Structure: Republic.
Alliances: Federation (in abbyance)
Military: Unknown, but rumored to be very powerful. Given Korosian technology levels, this is probably true.
Planetary Defenses: Unknown, but last attack force dissappeared without trace.

Planet Name: Hydroras II
Introduced: The Raid of Colony X-2V
Galactic Coordinates: X6434 Y7433 Z-3699
Planetary System: The Hydrosardine system, which has Hydroras, a colbalt colored gas giant.
Orbit Parameters: Orbits star # KX225
REU (relative Earth units): 0.52433 REUs
Climate: Fairly subtropical which has 3 seasons the temperate season, the storm season, and the dry season.
Geography: Hydroras II is covered by 4 small continents Located in the Southwest, North, East-Southeast, and west sectors of the planet the Southwestern continent being the largest. Ocean gerally covers about 91.875% of the planetary surface.
Environmental Resources: Crystalline and gaseous deposits of Neon (Pristellite), silicon, Lead, Calcium, Copper, Sodium and Iron.. Agriculture includes genetically cultured White Rice, Raspberries, breeding of tropical fresh and saltwater fish for the Fish cuisine and aquarium industries from both earth and the planet itself..
Colonization History: Hydroras II was established by Commander Havelock over 18 years ago (frrom Present M,etroid timeline that is) after it was discovered two years earlier. In time the colony discovered Pristellite and has been selling it to legitimate consumers for a fairly high price.
Economics: Pristellite mining, Weaponry and armor manufacture, and commercial fish breeding are the lifeblood of the economy of Colony X-2V. Overall the economic structure is genrally stable, save for the substantial cost of water purification.
Major Cities: Only one city has been established, but it is fairly productive.
Dominant Sentient Species: Humans (Homo sapiens)
Resident Population: homo sapien, korosian, Ubo, Corian with a populace of 15,000.
Government Structure: Democracy.
Alliance(s): GFMI and Earth.
Military: XCM, or X-2V colonial military.
Planetary Defenses: A ring of eight outposts around the planet fit with emergency laser turrets. colonial AA missiles and lasers.

Planet Name: Sarien
Introduced: Rhodesian Silro's Bio.
Galactic Coordinates: 8942 7892 6084
Orbital Parameters: Blue sun. 5th planet out of 5. All orbits regular, same plane, elliptical.
REU (Relative Earth Units): 0.9
Climate: Mostly desert, which, oddly, is surrounded by ocean. A ring of mountains surrond the desert area, and it is speculated that these mountains, containing the only temperature/tropical area, prevent the rain from reaching the interior desert.
Geography: Desert ringed by mountains, which are then further ringed by ocean. Some volcanic action.
Environmental Resources: Sarien has one of the most important minerals in the universe in abundance. Water. The Sariene need only small amounts to survive, and the planet is 95% water. Fresh water. You ever wonder where a lot of the water the Federation uses comes from? It comes from here.
Colonization History: First colonized 10 years before Fusion. Nothing really important happened, besides the introduction of many new technologies.
Economics: The Sariene economy is thriving on water sales and novelty sword crafting.
Cities: 1, and it's mostly human. The Sariene still inhabit the desert areas as nomadic tribes. They just have better tech than before.
Dominant Sentient Species: Depending on whether you go by population or planetary control, Sariene/human.
Government: Representative Democracy.
Alliances: G-Fed.
Military: No official one, but the Sariene themselves are a highly effective milltia. They fight amongst themselves constantly, but will instantly unite against any outside threat.
Planetary Defenses: Due to the water's importance, a Federation battleship or 2 is generally orbiting.

Planet Name: Daivin Introduced:Galactic Coordinates:Orbital Parameters: Daivin is the fifth planet from a medium-large yellow sun, with three small moons. The second planet is Menw-Vinan, which has a high oxygen atmosphere and is populated by three dome cities. The sixth and third planets contain mineral mines. REU (Relative Earth Units): Roughly 0.75 Climate:Geography: Daivin is largely covered in salt-water oceans, with seventeen small continents, all of them populated. The atmosphere is thin and mostly nitrogen, with about 19% oxygen and 14% carbon dioxide, 3% water. Fire is extremely dangerous. Environmental Resources: Nickel, oxygen Colonization History: Daivin was chosen as neutral ground for the capital of the Federation in 2050 because no one else was living there at the time and the local native species were just figuring out legs. Since then, it has continued to develop as the intellectual hub of the Federation. Economics:- Major Exports: Software, education, androids, computers, fuel cells, textiles, nickel, oxygen, plantforms, insanely complicated technology.
- Major Imports: Food, water, neon, iron, starships, oil, cars.
Cities:Dominant Sentient Species: 1.1 trillion in concentrated cities. Dejhorin make up about 29%; Terrans, 27%; Ubo, 19%; Vauhn, 8%; Egen, 7%; Others, 10%. Government: Capital of the Galactic Federation. There is only one nation, of the same name as the planet. It is a representative democratic republic, with a tricameral legislature and a powerful judiciary system. The Galactic Federation Congress, also a tricameral legislature, also convenes on Daivin. The Chairman of Congress is also the Chairman of Daivin. The largest sector of the Bureaucracy is also situated here, in the city of Paseo. The majority of the Federation government is usually spread out, corresponding to their constituent planets. Culture: Terran-Dejhorin. Daivin is home to six major religions, and deeply supports equal rights for minorities. How much of this is all propaganda is unknown, but the minorities aren't complaining about it. Daivin harbors some of the greatest minds in Federation Space, and takes great pains to see that it continues to do so for years to come. The cities are home to the greatest number of universities anywhere in the galaxy, as well as a large percentage of the software-based corporations. There are seven capital cities on Daivin. Alliances:Military: Space pirates once attacked Daivin in 2066. They never tried it again. Get the picture? Planetary Defenses:

Planet Name: Eren (GF designation: Regas-2)
Introduced: Chiasmata
Galactic Coordinates: X-8391 Y-6448 Z-6687
Planetary System: There are six planets in the solar system. Two are inhabited (Eren and Regas)
Orbit Parameters: ive continents, though only one – the largest – is inhabited. The others are fairly small, some might be considered island-size. The inhabited continent has rocky terrain and is near the equator, though the climate still manages to be fairly dry. The planet has extensive caverns left over from mostly extinct volcanic activity. Some of the smaller continents still possess active volcanoes, but those on the main continent are only active along a small portion of the eastern coast.
REU (relative Earth units) planet size: 0.72
Geography: Five continents, though only one – the largest – is inhabited.
Environmental Resources: Your basic metals, nothing of high value or interest.
Colonization History: Hundreds of years ago, when humans were first colonizing the galaxy, a convoy transporting goods and colonists to an outlying space station crashed on Eren. There were thousands of survivors, but their ships were beyond repair. These people were forced to find a way to survive alone on the planet for hundreds of years. When they first landed they didn’t have the resources to leave the planet’s orbit (let alone the solar system), and within a few generations this knowledge was lost. Communications were blocked by the planet’s electromagnetic storms.
Only 20% of the survivors were human. A few months after the crash, the numbers of colonists were quickly cut down to about 800 individuals. The planet’s surface was simply uninhabitable. There was little fresh water, frequent magnetic storms, high toxin levels, and giant avian and reptilian predators. Many of the plants were poisonous. It quickly became clear that some of the species in the party were more suited to the conditions on the planet than others. Humans seemed to be among the ones doing fairly well, though many still died off.
Years passed, and these species began to interbreed. Those in the group who were former scientists noticed an unusual pattern of recombination in their genes. The colonists' offspring were extremely similar in characters, and unusually fit to survive on the planet.
Within a few generations the Ceraneans evolved. It shouldn’t have been possible, but somehow the planet was influencing their DNA, it caused a new race to be born. This race soon discovered an easier life deep within the caverns of the planet. Water was plentiful, and they carved a great city for themselves out of the cavern walls. They were immune to the toxins of the planet and able to outrun or overpower most of the planet’s predators.
Eventually, the GFed made contact with the planet. Another planet in the system, Regas, had similar ecology to Eren but with a vast array of resources valuable to the Federation. However, Federation workers couldn’t live on the planet, its toxins were too harsh. Ceraneans proved immune to these effects. In exchange for building a colony on Regas, the Federation offered the Ceraneans a generous trade agreement, a great deal of technology, and the means to leave their planet.
About half of the population moved to Regas to build the colony, while the rest kept their homes on Eren. With the resources of the Federation the people of Eren used ships and satellites at first to keep in contact with the people on Regas (there was much going back and forth), but eventually they relearned it themselves and built their own ships, foraying out into space on their own.
Regas grew into a great power in the Federation. It is populated by millions of traders and civilians, and represents a stronghold of the Federation military. Just don't go outside.
The workers on Regas, predictably, interbred with the new colonists. Somehow, on this new planet, the same effect didn’t happen – genetic recombination was normal. The new generations did well inside the colony’s sheltered structures, but most couldn’t venture outside without being susceptible to the planet’s harsh environment.
The Regan government looked to the 10,000 people remaining on Eren for workers. But most of these people didn't want to work on Regas, they had their own lives and professions. However, with only 10,000 people, few resources, and only recently relearned technology, Eren had no military strength. Regas sent military squads to Eren and forced able-bodied individuals to come to Regas and maintain the colony. They were indentured to work for 5-10 years of their life, then were sent back and replaced. These workers were generously compensated, of course.
You can guess this pissed the Erenians off. A lot. But without resources or military strength there wasn't much they could do. And the Federation wasn’t about to let them try, they were imprisoned on the planet. Most of them would have stayed anyway, but those who wanted to leave weren’t allowed. All of these events were kept pretty quiet, and since the troubles of the galaxy were too great for anyone to care about 10,000 people it wasn't all that hard. And it’s not like the Erenians' lives were being threatened. Plus the Feds were willing to devote quite a lot of military force to keep their little workforce a secret.
Of course the Feds attempted genetic experiments to try and duplicate what had happened on Eren all those years ago. This would ensure their workforce for their future, as they had put a great deal of investment in their Regan colony. However, all these experiments did was kill a lot of embryos and waste a lot of money. It was eventually abandoned.
Around 10 years ago, the Erenians decided to do something about their situation. Lys’s mission is the result of the decision they made.
Economics: They barely manage to be self-sustaining. Not that this bothers them.
Major Cities: One, which houses all of the planets’ inhabitants. The city is underground, along the banks of an underground river. The walls of the cavern are thousands of meters high, and their homes and buildings are carved into the stone. Ladders and stairs line the walls, and bridges extend in between.
Dominant Sentient Species: Ceraneans
Resident Population: 10,000
Government Structure: Monarchy
Alliance(s): None
Military: None, really… unless you count their recent resistance to Regas
Planetary Defenses: The Feds will blast your ass if you come anywhere near it. Of course they SAY they’re guarding the planet because of its hazardous environmental conditions… (and it’s not like sensors can penetrate the atmosphere)

Planet Name: Aeroica
Introduced: Vaz's Bio
Galactic Coordinates: X-15789 Y-9864 Z-12356 (basically borders the Federation boundary)
Planetary System: 3 Planets orbiting one realtively new sun (only a million years old). Aeroica is the third and farthest from the sun, and the only one inhabitable.
REU (relative Earth units): .89
Climate: Temperate, occassional rain, almost no wind.
Geography: Almost entirely forest, just a couple of oceans. These trees are extremely tall!
Environmental Resources: Just the basics. Wood, water, minerals.
Colonization History: Tens of thousands of years ago the Aeroicans were brought here by the Chozo race. They were just a few thousand wandering nomads, lost in space without a place to call home. The Aeroican race was dying, and had the Chozo not given them this planet to inhabit, they would be no more than a tale on the lips of a historian.
The Aeroicans thrived on this beautiful planet. Their wings giving them the ability to fly in the winds above the tree tops at speeds they could have only dreamed of. They appreciated the natural beauty of their new home, and to keep it that way, they created their cities in the trees.
They were a resourceful people, utilizing everything to their advantage. They grew in population and technology. Their cities grew also until the entire mass of forest on the planet became one unified city. Trade began to open with the nearby planets and they flourished, trading their ideas and resourceful uses of technology for that which was better. They became uncanny in the repairing and creation of electrical systems and computer networks.
Soon, they were invited by the Galactic Federation to join in alliance. The leaders wanted that alliance, so rich in its promises, but they didn't want their space, their home, to be controlled even in part by the Federation. They declined the offer, and counter-offered with just a peace-treaty and open trade routes for Federation Merchants. The Federation accepted this offer, and established trade with Aeroica.
And thus the Aeroican live to this day. Broadcasting their know-how and ideas to all the galaxy.
Economics: They are very self-sufficient, but they do not have any technological factories as the pollution would damage thier beautiful home. They rely on imported technology, fabricated to their designs to fit their needs.
Major Cities: One. Aeroica.
Dominant Sentient Species: Aeroicans
Resident Population: 1 trillion+. They live in various levels amongst the trees.
Government Structure: Constitutional Democracy
Alliance(s): Open trade with the Federation. None others.
Military: Not very large. About 3 million soldiers. Though rumors are flying that there is much more.
Planetary Defenses: Practically none. YOU try landing a space craft anywhere except one of the few Space Ports. Those trees make it way too thick for it! It'll get ripped to shreds! They guard those Space Ports well too.

Government Structure: Planetary republic.
Alliance(s): None currently known to the Federation.
Military: The Grand Militia of Planet Acaythia
Planetary Defenses: Acaythian celestial star-fleet.

Planet Name: Naraka, formerly Vxybakh I
Introduced: Chiasmata
Galactic Coordinates: X-33465 Y-4688 Z-7712 - kind of on the outskirts of central Fed territory, if that makes any sense
Planetary System: Two planets and many asteroid fields orbiting a single sun. Naraka is the closest planet to the system’s sun, and has no moons. The second planet is uninhabitable.
REU (relative Earth units): 1.201
Climate: Harsh and dry. Only 20% of the planet is covered in water, and most of this is undrinkable. Because this water is concentrated in select areas of the planet’s surface, only about 30% of its land mass is inhabitable.
Geography: The inhabited area of the planet is near the Northern pole. Here it is extremely cold, and the terrain is rough and mountainous. Humanoid life follows the scattered large lakes and streams of the area, but no mass of water is big enough to be called an ocean. Much of the water runs underground, but this is inaccessible to the bioforms on the surface.
Environmental Resources: None. Most life on the planet was destroyed by a nuclear winter hundreds of years ago. Since the planet became safe for life several foreign plants and animals have colonized its surface, but most of these barely manage to survive. The Federation rehabilitated the planet’s water supply before allowing the surface to be inhabited.
Colonization History: A thousand years ago, the planet was home to the Vxybakh, an ancient race about which little is known (and which is now extinct). They used to travel the galaxy, but several hundred years ago their forces fell to the newer colonizing races that were gradually gaining power, and life on Vxybakh planet was destroyed. Without a home planet, they slowly died out.
When Vxybakh became inhabitable again, the Federation selected it for a prison colony and renamed it ‘Naraka’, meaning Hell. It is one of several such colonies, all on equally inhospitable planets, and has a population of about 2,000. Prisoners are exiled to the planet, never to return, and life here is survival of the fittest. Food is sent down to the colonies weekly, this supposedly helps the thousands of prisoners survive the planet’s harsh environment. However, as no one is allowed on the surface except the prisoners little is known about what goes on among the planet’s inhabitants.
Major Cities: None. Satellite images of the planet reveal the prisoners’ habitations are mainly along the major rivers and lakes, but never occur in large concentrations. The population of the planet fluctuates with each new shipment of prisoners.
Dominant Sentient Species: None, all sorts of races are sent to the surface.
Government Structure: It is presumed that the planet is governed by gangs and possesses no governmental structure whatsoever.
Alliance(s): None.
Military: Unknown. The planet’s resources are such that the prisoners should not have the means to create an organized military.
Planetary Defenses: A space station orbits the planet and monitors its inhabitants. Weekly cargo is received by the station for its inhabitants and for the criminals on the surface. Food is sent down following these shipments in small unmanned pods. New criminals arrive monthly, these individuals are taken into the atmosphere by a prison freighter and forced to parachute to the surface -- by Federation law, no ship can land on the planet’s surface. The space station is heavily armed and sends hourly signals to FCC in case an escape is attempted. No prisoner is known to have escaped from Naraka’s surface.
In terms of patrol ships, there really aren’t any. The system is only a jump away for a number of Federation cruisers, so additional defenses can arrive within minutes. Instead the Federation restricts the airspace within the system, so only approved ships are allowed inside. These restrictions can be bypassed with a decent cloak, until you get within range of the station itself - the station has the latest sensor equipment and will be able to detect a ship through a cloak.

Planet Name: Nuyai Prime
Introduced:
Galactic Coordinates: X-1880 Y-1201 Z-0522
Planetary System: Equivarious System
Orbit Parameters: Orbits star #AD4463
REU (relative Earth units): 0.7936
Climate: fairly tropical near the equator, lush with rainforest and jungle. Northern pole is temperate, and subtropical between those two areas. Lush with foliage. Geography: More lowland hills and streams inland, higher hills and bays near the shore. The land is split into two giant continents, which are separated by a rather small ocean. Only three large mountains exist on Nuyai Prime, and two of them are active volcanoes.
Environmental Resources: timber, minerals, fruit, fish farming, ranching, spices, exotic fabrics such as dyed silk, neoskin clothes, and various gift items.
Colonization History: Colonized about 30 years ago, when the federation was still getting on its feet. Is still fairly undeveloped, so what little cities lay on its surface are few and far between, with dense populations. It is highly recommended that civilians travel in armed groups, as there are highway bandits that will sometimes ambush you or you could end up as chow for the local predatory wildlife.
Economics: Depends on where you shop on the planet. Jungle village communities rarely use the Federation’s standard money system, and instead use small ovular jewels that are called Kais. Others use bartering.
Major Cities: Iayun, Emirp, and Nurpyamiie
Capitol: Aionarap
Dominant Sentient Species: Unaccountable, due to the fact that not every village has federation presence.
Resident Population: estimated to be around only 145,000

Planet Name: Amumaz Phi (Ahm-mu-mahz fi)
Introduced:
Galactic Coordinates: X:8500 Y:-8000 Z: 5000
Planetary System: 4 in series of 6 planets. The first two have no known life, and the third one is pure liquid. The last two are fairly cold and have almost no life.
Orbit Parameters: The first four are almost perfectly circular, while the last three are mainly elliptical, with the seventh planet sometimes coming in front of Amumaz Phi.
REU (relative Earth units): 4.5
Climate: Very much like Earth's, but a bit colder in some places, and in a few, much hotter.
Geography: Four main continents with two above the equator and two below. The largest, which is most inhabited, is similar in size to Asia, but slightly larger and a bit more southwest. The smallest, which happens to be the coldest, is almost dead center on the Southern Pole while the two middle-sized continents are almost exactly alligned with each other's length, with one being on each side. Fresh and salt water oceans cover the rest of the planet, roughly 75%.
Environmental Resources: Mainly metals on the large continent with many combustible materials near the poles. Iron, copper, gold, silver, platinum, and other metals are abundant. The other two continents are aminly agriculture with crops such as Moonshots, a fruit similer to Peaches, and Sundrops, a fruit surprisingly similer to Oranges.
Colonization History: Amamuz Phi has almost always been the home planet of the Salamanderiss. Humans tried to colonize several areas unknowingly tresspassing on closed space and became a secondary species.
Economics: The economics are mainly mining on the largest continent which is commonly referred to as "Alpha", while "Omega", the smallest continent, has almost no inhabitants. Those there rely on explosives making and most have become very good at it, with plenty of unlived space available. The "Twins" as the other two are called, provide mainly services and agriculture, with ranching and metal working secondary economics.
Major Cities: Three main cities in Alpha provide mining and trade centers, while two for each of the Twins are key commerce points for the entire planet, with much of the room being taken up for long periods of time. Omega has no large villages, much less towns.
Dominant Sentient Species: Salamanderiss: 65% Humans: 15% Other: 20%
Resident Population: Estimated at Over 50 million. May be a fairly large planet, but its not very inhabited for a planet, with mortality rates at a stable level and humans being not very welcome.
Government Structure: Democracy for Alpha, with Monarchy for Beta, the first Twin and Republic for Gamma, the second twin. No government for Omega, with mainly nomadic tribes living there.
Alliance(s): Brief Alliance with Galactic Feds, but was cut off shortly after an attack by a large squadron on the main capital city in Alpha. No others at the moment, but may accept soon with relations helping by trade.
Military: Very strong due to advanced technology with weapons such as intergalactic cruise missiles,(For government use only) Technology is almost as advanced as Chozo and Luminoth, but is more peace-based.
Planetary Defenses: A fairly large asteroid field surrounds Amamuz Phi, with abandoned Galactic Fed Outposts still operable and many still on auto-fire sequence.

Station Name: Lunar Station
Introduced: Finders Keepers
Galactic Coordinates: 0000 0000 0001 ???
Planetary System: Earth's system
Orbit Parameters: It orbits the Earth's moon
REU (relative Earth units): <0.1
Geography: The station is roughly conical in shape and has external and internal docking for Jump-capable ships. There are 100 levels to the inside of the station, with various shops, services, hotels, airlines, etc. The upper levels (72-100) are permanent civillian residences, businesses are lower.
Environmental Resources: None on the station, but many ships go back and forth from the Earth and the Moon carrying goods. Much interplanetary trade and travel come through the station.
Colonization History: Built about 50 years ago by the Earth government as a docking port for Jump-capable transport ships. Most interplanetary transports shuttle their passengers to the station where they can board their transport. This saves quite a lot of money on fuel and keeps the planetary-based space ports from being overrun with enormous Jump ships.
Economics: Mainly trade and tourism. Coffee plants took well to hydroponics on the moon, so the station is famous for its 'lunar coffee'.
Major Cities: The whole thing is a city, essentially.
Dominant Sentient Species: Humans
Resident Population: About 1,000. Mainly workers for the transport companies, business owners, repair workers, etc.
Government Structure: The Earth government treats the station as part of the lunar colony, so the station is run by the Lunar government.
Alliance(s): Earth, Federation
Military: The Federation has a separate station for its use, but there is a moderate military presence on the station. I imagine most of the Earth's military would respond if one was to attack it. In terms of on the station itself, there would be around 50 Federation officers and soldiers, and a police force of more than 100 to deal with.
Station Defenses: Basic defense armaments, but not designed for battle. They can use tractor beams to hold ships and have minor firepower, but that's about it. If under attack the station would rely on military ships to defend it.

Colony: Federation Military Base: Mars 5
Planet Name: Mars
Introduced: Confounded Loyalties
Colonization History: Mars was the first human colony, and hence has a great deal of historical background. Further details to be provided as needed.
Major Cities: There are 7 colonies on Mars, named Mars 1 through 7. Mars 3 and 5 are controlled by the Federation military, the rest are civilian cities. Each city is enclosed within enormous structures which house an artificial atmosphere.
Mars 3 is a small Federation base, used mainly as a storage and transport facility (though some research goes on there as well).
Mars 5 is a much larger base. It is home to 70 million people, but also serves as the main base for Federation activity in Earth’s solar system. It is the largest city on Mars and is located at the west end of Valles Marineris. The Valles Marineris canyon is a famous natural docking port. The walls and floor of the canyon house the Federation’s numerous military vessels and provide protection from the planet’s environmental hazards. Buildings and elevators line the canyon walls and floor so that personnel can be transported easily from the canyon to the colony above. At any given time thousands of Federation ships are docked in the canyon. The colony itself lies within the crest of the canyon, and extends around along its eastern edge.
The city itself is very flat, composed of a vast maze of interconnecting ports and railways. Trains and transport ships are used often to travel from one location to another, as the air outside is unbreathable. Preventing breaches in the city walls is a constant concern, and all of the city’s inhabitants are advised to carry breathing masks with them at all times. As such, much of the city is constructed just underground, as this proved easier and less expensive than expanding structures upward.
Walking around the city is rather like being on a military base. Bunkhouses and training facilities are everywhere, and military personnel are constantly going about their business. Many areas are sectioned off from civilians.
Dominant Sentient Species: human
Resident Population: 400 million
Stations in Orbit: Mars Orbital Operations (you can guess what the locals call this one)
No civilians are allowed on this station. It houses about 1,000 Federation personnel, including many officers, and is the command center for Federation ships and personnel in Earth’s solar system.

Planet name: Zalamar
Introduced in RP: Technically, Birthday Girl or Solethen's profile, but really in Blood in the Sand.
Location: Base of Orion Arm, to the bottom-right relative to Earth. Situated at the crux of two fairly major trade routes.
Planetary System: Szeleth-Deluran
Orbit Parameters: Orbits Szeleth-Deluran, 415-day orbit, 31-hour day (all Earth-based)
REU (relative Earth units): 0.9
Geography: One large continent, covering roughly half the surface, mostly rocky or sandy desert. There are a few mineral and water-rich areas in the form of low points all over; these tend to be the location for cities. The poles contain a large number of independent republic, intentional communes, and bases for fringe terrorist groups. In the center of the continent, there are no valleys, and as a result no dwellings and only a few relic military bases.
Environmental Resources: Minerals, valley lichens and moss, some sparse desert vegetation.
Colonization History: Uncolonized. The GF were beginning an operation when the native species was discovered, sparking a war. They've since backed off and made peace, but the planet is still noncompliant and nearly homogenous. The Zalamath have colonized their three moons, however. The first has three flourishing colonies, the second has one strong one, and the third has one developing one. They also have a minor presence on several moons and stations in systems near their home.
Economics: Strong. The war created jobs for many, and since the devastation was so heavy, reconstruction work has been underway for years. The Zalamath's paranoia towards other species has also created a significantly large percentage of military personnel.
Major Cities: Veraz-Qural, Theryu-Maian, Zalan-Irix, Suraikiz-Jamvuri
Dominant Sentient Species: Zalamath
Resident Population: 3.7 billion
Government Structure: Authoritarian Federal Republic
Governing Body: The Unified Zalamar Coalition, made up of one delegate from every country. These countries each have a ruling body, made up of one delegate from each province. The provinces each have a ruling body, which is elected by the people. There's a lot of red tape, needless to say.
Alliance(s): (Loosely) the Garling-Norcaroian-Kimean Alliance. (Trade) the Galactic Federation
Military: Unified Zalamath Defense Fleet, Unified Zalamath Exploration Fleet, Unified Zalamath Colonial Defense.
Planetary Defenses: A heavily armed orbital fleet, three large weapons platforms.

Planet Name: Sylphiria
Introduced: Kigai Riaru (before entering "The World")
Galactic Coordinates:
Planetary System:
Orbit Parameters:
REU (relative Earth units):
[]bRelative Location:[/b] North of Algamir, just about to exit known Federation space.
REU (Relative Earth Units): .30
Geography: Sylphiria is a planet divided into two sections:[/b] A dense jungle and a wide plain. The jungle is known to be a dangerous area, while the plains are where the Sylphirians build their towns and cities.
Environmental Resources:
Colonization History: None
Economics:
Major Cities:
Dominant Sentient Species: Sylphirians
Resident Population: Due to the recent Pirate dominance (the technology sucked back then), 33,000 Sylphirians, before it was 99,000. Blame the predators.
Government Structure: Sylphirian High Council
Alliance(s): As of now, the Federation
Military:
Planetary Defenses: They didn't have any before, now their using the weapons left behind by the pirates that raided their planet in the previous years.
History: The planet is the home of the present bounty hunter prodigy, Kyle Ovirrica. The planet has some unknown history (to the Federation of course), but the only known major event that happened on the planet was the pirate colonization, led by Kala Azar, the Dreadnought. They somehow were able to overpower the pirates with their not very advanced technology after a time period of six years.

Planet Name: Gathay (Mr. Link)
Introduced: Not yet.
Galactic Coordinates: I shrug.
Planetary System: Eight planets; five inner rocky planets, two outer gas giants, one outer rocky planet.
Orbit Parameters: Gathay is the third planet in the system. The orbits of all the planets are mostly circular, although the gas giants occasionally trade places on the orbital charts.
REU (relative Earth units): .67
Geography: Gathay is mostly covered by water. What land there is is completely barren and somewhat volcanic, as Gathay is a young world. The oceans are teeming with life, however.
Environmental Resources: Gathay is abundant with metals, but the Zaan have not developed a quick and efficient way of extracting them yet.
Colonization History: None. The Zaan evolved on Gathay, and there are no alien settlements.
Economics: The Zaan on Gathay have a restrictive trade treaty with the Zalamath. They export art, literature, carbon fiber, ink jet fluid, steam reactors and plants or animals native to Gathay in exchange for access to jump gates, protection, and various Zalamath imports such as gaisa-samvar.
Major Cities: Each of the twelve sects has a major city in the trenches of Gathay's oceans. There is no planetary capital, as the planet is too heavily divided.
Dominant Sentient Species: The Zaan.
Resident Population: Somewhere near 5.7 billion Zaan.
Government Structure: The Zaan have a fairly simple governmental structure. Each sect has a leader and a council. The leader and the council make decisions for the whole of a sect, and smaller councils decide on less important matters.
Alliance(s): Gathay is allied with Zalamar.
Military: The Zaan do not really have an organized military.
Planetary Defenses: The Zaan have a trained, yet highly disorganized planetary defense fleet, which is more likely to fire ink jets and run away screaming than it is to actually defend against a threat.

Edit: Oh hey, you guys already did this. This one is a little more up-to-date, but we can keep the old one for posterity. Or not. Whatever.
Planet Name: Zalamar
Introduced: Blood in the Sand
Galactic Coordinates: Maybe later. Closer to the galactic center than Earth.
Planetary System: Szeleth-Deluran
REU (relative Earth units): 0.98
Geography: One large supercontinent, one smaller antarctic continent, many smaller scattered islands. The central supercontinent varies in terrain; the coasts are pocked with large valleys, depressions where groundwater collects and permanent habitation can occur. The center of the continent is bereft of most valleys, though there is a small inland sea.
The non-valley area towards the coast is mostly rocky desert, with more temperate plains zones towards the coastline, and the central continent is almost entirely made up of massive, constantly shifting sand dunes.
Environmental Resources: Lots of sodium mining takes place in the central desert, where it is plentiful in the dunes. Vanadium is plentiful towards the coast. Many varieties of versatile, edible lichen grow in the valleys, making up the staple of the Zalamath diet.
Colonization History: Zalamar is inhabited almost solely by its native species. People of other species who linger on the surface are almost never permanent residents.
Economics: Zalamar's economy is self-sufficient and heavily based around city-center lichen farms. It also makes money shipping excess sodium out for use in nuclear fission reactors, and Zalamath glasswork is highly prized in cultured circles of the Galactic Federation.
Major Cities: Veraz-Qural, Suraikiz-Jamvuri, Maion-Resar
Dominant Sentient Species: Zalamath
Resident Population: 2 billion. About 4 billion Zalamath diaspora scattered around the rest of Zalamar's territory.
Government Structure: Federal Republic, representing dozens of smaller countries with their own constitutions and systems already in place.
Alliance(s): Allied with the Sar Kerith and the Zaan. Trade treaty with the Garlings and Norcaroians. Non-aggression pact with the Galactic Federation.
Military: The huge Unified Zalamar Defense Fleet, tasked with (appropriately) defending Zalamar and its territories against anything and everything.
Planetary Defenses: Two UZDF Administration Platforms (really really big) at all times, dozens of capital ships, each with a full contingent of frigates, corvettes and fighters, and a large network of automated defense platforms, including railgun, laser, and multi-missile satellites.

"Existence is random. Has no pattern save what we imagine after staring at it for too long. No meaning save what we choose to impose. This rudderless world is not shaped by vague metaphysical forces. It is not God who kills the children. Not fate that butchers them or destiny that feeds them to the dogs. It's us. Only us."

Planet Name: Rezslekovia
Introduced: Not yet. It was mentioned in GFMPR, I believe.
Galactic Coordinates:
Planetary System: A single yellow star, seven planets.
Orbit Parameters: Rezslekovia is the second planet in its system.
REU (relative Earth units): .98
Geography: As variable as Earth, but tending towards large temperate forests and plains.
Environmental Resources: Water, ore.
Colonization History: Rezslekovia was a rare jewel, quickly claimed by explorers. Many people flocked to the planet, and soon it was discovered that a couple of explorers couldn't run the planet alone.
Economics: Rezslekovia's economy is dominated by the ship production industry.
Major Cities:
Dominant Sentient Species: Homo sapiens.
Resident Population: 937 million.
Government Structure: Socialist democracy, focusing heavily on civil rights and political freedoms.
Alliance(s): The Galactic Federation, Zalamar, Axet, Gathay.
Military: Fairly large, certainly enough to keep the peace in Rezslekovia and surrounding systems.
Planetary Defenses: A large planetary defense fleet from various space stations and shipyards.
History: Rezslekovia developed a government when a group of socially minded individuals with a fair amount of money bought the planet from the explorers for a large sum of money. The population at the time numbered around ten-thousand, and the needs of the ten-thousand were quickly met by the "government". However, feeding ten-thousand people for even a short amount of time does not happen for very long, so very soon the government was nearing bankruptcy. Rather than publicly humiliating themselves in front of the entire Federation, they upped the income taxes very high, in exchange for the continued feeding and sheltering of the entire population.
It turned out much better than anybody could have hoped. The population was happy, so the government did not lower the taxation, but they continued to import large amounts of food and water and consumer goods to sustain the population.
Without a stable economy, however, Rezslekovia was at risk of financial ruin once again, although this time it was due to the fact that the planet did not have a very large trade. In desperation, the government turned their heads to the population and scanned it for brilliant minds. They rounded them up and began making whatever they could to get money. A couple of the government employees had a breakthrough when they experimented with creating small ships. After several tests in the field it was determined that the designs of the ships were very well-made, even if Rezslekovia lack the tools to make those ships in high quality.
They signed on with Sigma Shipyards and sold some of their designs in exchange for a flat percentage of proceeds from the sales of any ships of their designs sold. Sigma Shipyards realized the potential of the ships and showcased them along with some of their other popular ships. Since the super-company had powerful tools to their disposal, the ships were of the quality that Rezslekovia had tried to replicate, and many customers were satisfied with their purchases. In the mean time, Rezslekovia had a steady cash flow to its workers.
After continually spitting out reliable, original designs for Sigma Shipyards, the company offered to strike a deal. A large loan of tools and money was given to Rezslekovia to make their own shipyards with. In exchange, Rezslekovia would have to pay back the value of the tools and eventually the money, and Sigma Shipyards would keep the earlier designs while giving some credit to Rezslekovia, but no more percentage of the sales.
When the rich folks learned about the true origins of their dream space ships, many people flocked to the new Rezslekovian Shipyards to buy newer designs that had been crafted by the same people who designed them. The quality was consistent, so Rezslekovia was able to pay off the loan.
Sometime later during some testing, one of the engineers figured out a method to repair and refurbish jump drives, actually improving their performance. The Federation took notice of this, and Rezslekovia is now also offering to repair jump drives and improve their efficiency, for a price. The jump drive industry is kept under close surveillance by the GFeds, but Rezslekovia has become a major power in the Federation.
