If its too long, or you dont have enough time or you just cant be arsed, Fallout is essentially what would happen if the world of tommorow envisioned by 1950's America was nuked, and Radiation made everything mutate and grow gigantic like everyone in the 50's thought would happen, instead of dieing. Theres loads more than that, but thats generally a small overview of the setting. I'm still deciding where it should be set, and the general story.
