hey guys gust so you know I play electric bass to. I only regret that my bass is a little no name but I am hoping to get a new SQUIER bass.

But i cant rely say for you to get it or not because it depends on how long you have been playing, and also you need to decide if you rely want to play bass before you go out and buy everything.

If you ever have any more questions you can ask me.

Yeah, I agree with Wildwood there. It really depends on your devotion to bass playing as a hobby, or otherwise. I can't offer much to you with this scenario.

One thing I was wanting to ask if I should do, though... On my old profile, Metamyth, I had a luminoth character, a lore seeker. Would it hurt you all if I brought him back? He didn't really get much use.

Here's his old profile:

Full name: A'Kre
Status: (Job) Lorekeeper of the Intergalactic Library
Species: Luminoth
Home planet: None
Age: 178
Height: 9'1"
Weight: 235 lbs
Skin color: Tan
Eye Color: Gray
Hair color: Gray

Weapons used: Usually doesn't fight, but has a walking stick he uses in extreme cases.

Skills: Weapons skills? Not many. You need someone to recite the third law of transdimetionality in three different languages, though, this guy is your man- erm, moth.

Personality: Kinda cheery, always perks up when he finds new historical information.
Ship(s): His ship, the Inquisitor. (Statistics pending.)

Armored accessories: Not much, just some light clothing, robes, etc.

Brief History: As a Luminoth child, even, A'Kre had always craved to know everything. His family was one that existed during the time when the luminoth had no home planet. He broke away from the group when Aether was colonized, desiring to venture out on his own. Constantly traveling, he came upon a giant "library". The floating spacestation was fairly empty, but he decided to enter reguardless. Inside, his purpose in life for many years to come lay waiting for him...

Ancient texts, data, and other forms on information lay within the library, and it almost brought tears to A'Kre's eyes. He lived there for many years, helping the aged sages of mixed species gather, sort, and read all the historical transcripts. Now old in age, he has ventured out on his own once again, to find history in the making. Most would consider this an odd life at best, but he would have nothing more.
"Nothing... a shadow is nothing. It is merely a question not yet answered. We only fear the dark if we have no means of lighting our way.

Death comes to all, Morningstar. The world turns, the dawn comes... and under the light of the sun I shall slay giants."

Wildwood, try the library, or save your own money. If you really want a computer that bad and you can raise the funds for it with diligence maybe they'll let you get one sooner for showing them maturity. If they say no, I'd simply wait, because as much as people hate to admit it, sometimes the parents are saying no for a good reason. And at the very least you then have that money for college or video games. Which ever you please.

I've been thinking about it for a while, and I decided to reach out to the RE guys for bits of advice.

I still have an original Nintendo DS (or as called by some people, the DS Phat), but the problem is that I seemed to have lost the AC adapter/charger for it sometime in the past year or so, and it's been gathering dust somewhere in my room all this time.

I wanted to know if I should trouble myself with either trying to find a new AC adapter to use with it, or if I should just go ahead and buy a new DS Lite.

The reasoning behind getting one of those and not a DSi, and a lot of people will agree with me, is because I still have a lot of Game Boy Advance games that I would like to play, and the DSi no longer has the GBA slot...

So, what do you guys think? What should I do?

I'd buy a DS Lite. The DSi is jsut a pointless upgrade, nobody actually uses the new online features. The GBA slot is useful as well. Certain games have extra features if you have the right GBA game inserted (for example: Pokemon Platinum has different Pokemon available in certain areas depending on which Generation III game you have inserted)

Plus, can you buy a DSi in bright acid green? No.

DJ, I'd go with the adapter and maybe save up for the DSi gradually. Stick with what you have for now, the adapter's prolly less expensive.

I woul gust get the DS LITE rather than the DSI because it has the GBA slot, and better speakers and screen than the old DS.

I just _____ in the _____.

It really depends on the cost between the adapter and the DS Lite itself. How good of condition is the touch screen on your current DS? Can you possibly pick up a DS Lite in good condition (mainly the touch screen) for a good price? Some people are going to be "upgrading" to the DSi and will be getting rid of their old DS Lites, so this year should be a good time to find plenty of used ones I should think.
