Allow me to introduce myself, I am Doctor Buzz Killington.

Name: Kero. Race: Serafos. Appearance: Eyes: Orange Hairlocks (Thick, cordlike strands not unlike hair): Charcoal with lighter gray veins. Skin: A darker shade of charcoal, sporting the same veins. Clothing: Black and charcoal robes lined in orange, a thick black hooded cloak, heavy black gauntlets, and a carved obsidian mask covering his entire face. Personality: Inquisitive, and outspoken, Kero will often open his mouth before thinking, and subsequently find himself trapped by his words. Despite his often highly opinionated viewpoints, however, Kero does see the value in life, and where he may not necessarily like another character's first impression, it will take a fair amount of abuse to reach the point where he wouldn't do his best to help them either. (More to be added as I use the character more) Training/Proficiencies: Kero shows an extreme aptitude for fire and wind magic, and in addition to moderate training with both, he also has learned a small amount of clerical magic under the patron God, Ignus. Personal Effects: Kero wears a set of Basalt rings on his left wrist and ankle, and a set of Granite rings on his right wrist and ankle. Each set is inlaid with carved Phenocryst fragments on the outside edge of the band. Personal History: Kero is a bit of a revolutionary in the eyes of his fellow Serafos. After completing his formal academics with the Serafos, Kero was sent with a group of other graduates to study Wind Magic under a Non-Serafos Academy. During his time there, Kero began to question his race's steadfast separation mandate, and seemingly elitist attitude towards the other races wishing to learn magic. Upon returning after his basic education, a heated argument ensued between him, and the elders of his house concerning where his magical education would take him. Eventually, Kero became fed up with the stubbornness of the Elders, and after taking some time to consider, he returned, and requested permission to pursue his own studies. The Elders saw nothing fundamentally wrong with his ideas, save for how radical they seemed, and assumed that if Kero believed he would succeed in his efforts to see magic in a different light, he would either fail, and learn the lesson they desired to impart to him, and if he succeeded, something could be learned for all of them. So Kero set out to pursue his own education without the guidance of the Elders, and while Kero is welcome to return whenever he pleases, that does not mean there is any lack of skepticism and condescension on either side. |

Name: Kreet. Race: Head Spider. Appearance: Eye: Red, slightly luminescent Skin: Black and slimy. Personality: (More to be added as I use the character more) Training/Proficiencies: Kreet, as most head spiders are, has a knack for mental intrusion through physical contact. It also has an excellent memory, and possesses sight into the magical spectrum, allowing it to view the use of elemental magic more clearly than most other magical creatures.
