I think if we don't want them to just be "Another super soldier faction" we should leave them out. But it is entirely up to you. if you do have them hashed into REverse, that opens up possibilities, but makes them less unique.

Just that I would need the fragments of Tobais' most recent RP and my own to set up some sort of starting point, at which the project goes public or something. It's not entirely too difficult, but the amount of participation would be quite large, which was one reason why my idea for "Children of the MJOLNIR" never kicked up.

Welcome To War Posts: 116 Group: Roleplayer Member #68 Joined: Dec 16, 2008	I hereby officially vote not to integrate. And since this was kinda my idea, I think that's what we're gonna go with. If need be, we can move it to the Random RP section. My reasons: 1.) First and foremost, it's the technology level. As kies said, integration would take significance away from the SPARTANs, but it's more than that. It's how the state of Federation tech in the most recent RP (Twilight's) seems, while not necessarily at the same level as that of teh Covenant, it's pretty close. It just doesn't leave the necessary desperate, "last stand" mentality Halo does. 2.) The second reason, and perhaps my real reason, is that I would just feel more comfortable using the established Haloverse. Both the Haloverse and the REverse have been well established, and I would feel more comfortable if they were kept that way. This also would allow us to re-interpret our human REverse characters into the Halo universe (well, maybe; my REverse characters actually went through the opposite process. I will post them soon, I just gotta get this figured out!). So, the next question is: do we break Halo canon and create an alternate version of the Haloverse, or do we do an RP that takes place after March 3, 2553?

Alright, then, I think we're doing something post-war in this RP. As for just what we are doing, well...I'm still working on that. Right now, I'm still open to suggestions (and possibly a co-author). The only possibility I currently have hashed out to any extent is the "2584" concept I mentioned earlier, but it tends to ignore other key parts of the Halo saga. So here's the current situation: -All Halo canon up to the end of Halo 3 (March 3, 2553) stands, including the SPARTAN-II class of 2537. -Time can be anywhere from immediately after the war to 40 years later. Earlier is probably better. -We probably want to involve Forerunner facilities somehow. -The Flood may or may not be present. (If we aren't on a Halo, don't expect it to show up). -This will not be primarily an attack on Doisac, the Brute homeworld! I am currently using that as the plot for a fan-fiction. Like I said, still open to suggestions. Either post a short message here, or PM me if you have any comments. Thanks!

I think it would be interesting to see where the story would go from there.
	I finally got one!...... And it died a horrible death,so I guess I'll have to find a new one.
