Diaphanous Visions Posts: 1,131 Group: Roleplayer Member #15 Joined: Jan 8, 2008	An imperial warship came out of the torrent of the Warp in high orbit above Planet 23-01. It was not, however, a space marine vessel, and the red fleur-de-lys on the side betrayed who was in charge on the ship. “Canoness Alissa, we have exited the Warp without incident,” one of the navigators informed Alissa Reynolds. She was sitting in her quarters, writing a report to an inquisitor. “Good,” she said. “Prepare dropships for our battle sisters.” They had entered the warp a couple of weeks ago upon receiving a distress signal. Planet 23-01 was of some significance to the Ordo Hereticus, and although the Adeptas Sorores would have nothing to do with the space marines, Canoness Alissa was sent to provide assistance for the team on the planet. This just made matters worse when Alissa received the news from one of her bridge officers. “Canoness, there is another imperial ship in orbit around the planet. We’ve identified it as belonging to the Blood Ravens space marine chapter.” Alissa sighed and put her pen down. “Open a channel with their commander. I wish to speak with him,” she said wearily. “Yes ma’am.” ((I hope you don’t mind if I did a time skip…))
