Welcome to RUI (Ryuukon Ukiyo Ikuei [Dragon-Soul Life Education]) University, young visitor. I am Ryumaru, the head principal here. In the world of RUI University, all humans have a special power which they usually gain at a young age, though it varies from person to person, and from power to power.

RUI University itself is a extensive campus located in Northern Japan which includes several schools which teaches grades K-12, as well as at the college level, and features it's own dorms, stores, library, restaurants... it's practically a city by itself, which is good, since all of the students live here.
