Random Suzaku Kururugi Fact of the Month

Suzaku Kururugi was actually the missing link needed to create the Atomic Bomb. Scientists were baffled on how to fabricate the weapon until Suzaku showed them a Spinzaku in real time. Everything soon became clear to them.

Character of the Month
Wendy Alexis Stalingrad
Wendy Alexis Stalingrad
Wendy Alexis Stalingrad was born to parents of particularly low status in the Holy Britannian Empire. Her mother was a simple chambermaid to the Royal Family and her father was a low ranking soldier in the military. Her father was killed early on when the Black Knights first appeared and her mother was killed soon after when during the Battle of Narita. Sent to live with her grandfather, she spent the better part of her years with him, learning how to be a proud soldier of Britannia. When he too was killed in the line of fire and when the Black Knights finally emerged triumphant, she was left with nothing. As such, she didn't hesitate to join the Britannian Restoration League upon hearing of their creation to get a shot at payback. All she could think of was destroying Zero and 'restoring' her homeland. Now a full fledged member of the BRL, Wendy's specialty is infiltration and espionage and she is often assigned to go undercover in Japan for various reasons. Has a long standing rivalry with Reid Legato, Becca Buchanan, and just about anyone else that gets on her nerves. She is probably well known for her white hot temper and 'shoot first, ask later' disposition.

Things were only going to bad from worse for Wendy. The situation in the amusement park was heating up with each passing second and she got the feeling that it was only going to get a lot worse. With the ever looming crowd becoming more restless by the second, she was becoming less confident in dominance over them. Even if they mostly were a bunch of stupid Elevens, the fact was that there were dozens of them and only one of her. There was no telling what a bunch of savages in such a state would do to her and she cringed some. Unarmed, her Knightmare wasn't close enough to do her any good at the moment. If she could somehow slip away, she would be fine, yet the chances of her doing just that with so many people ready to beat her black and blue was less than likely. Her big mouth had gotten her into a lot of trouble this time. Wendy knew she would have to use her head more next time around.

This wasn't anytime for regret now. She was just going to have to think up some way out of this mess. Basically, both Issac and Ritsu were informing her that she was causing more than enough trouble, something she didn't need them to inform her of now. To make matters worse, a voice suddenly screamed out that the three were full fledged members of the Britannian Restoration League. Wendy abruptly began to search for the source of the disturbance, but found it rather difficult to spot an individual in such a large group of people. It didn't really matter anyway, as the more concerning problem was that this already pissed off crowd looked as they were about to tear her limb from limb. Stepping back some, she snarled at this state of events. It should have been these people afraid for their own lives, not the other way around. A proud Britannian such as herself should have been should have been worshiped like a god to these people. The whole scenario was spiraling out of her control and she didn't like it.

Turning to Ritsu and Issac, she realized they were in the same boat as her. They weren't members of the BRL, yet because they were acquainted with her and made the mistake of speaking with her, there was no doubt in her mind everyone had already branded them in the same light as her. It was unfortunate, but out of her hands. If anything, this perhaps worked in her favor. Wendy understood that they probably weren't ready to die either and this crowd wouldn't hesitate to find out if they really were apart of the BRL by any means necessary. She groaned slightly, not wanting to possibly work with them, though knowing she wasn't in the situation to be picky. It was true that she was a soldier in the BRL and it was true that in any other place, she would have been ready to declare such a thing without hesitation. However, if she wanted to make it out with at least not being arrested for disrupting the peace, she would have to act fast.

She began to whisper in Issac and Ritsu's direction. "I know you guys ain't members of the BRL, just like me, but I don't think these guys'll listen to anything we have to say. I say we split this place as soon as possible and head for the train stations, where it's safe."

Wendy, nodding at her own idea, figured if she said they should travel to the train stations, it wouldn't stir up much questioning. After all, she assumed they would think she meant to actually board one of the trains in their haste to escape. What she really was planning to was to finally retrieve her Knightmare. She had stashed it in one of the urban ares of Saitama City. If she could retrieve it, she would show these idiotic Japan who was really the dominant party here. Now she had to wait and see if either Ritsu or Issac would go along with her plans.

At this point Ritsu wanted to skin whoever yelled such a terrible lie alive, but with this crowd surrounding them like this, there was no way he could get to whoever it was. Strangely, the voice sounded quite familiar, but at the moment, Ritsu couldn't quite put a finger on who he thought it was. In a matter of moments he was being smushed like a pancake by a bunch of park goers shouting nothing but insults in his direction. He was called despicable for his alliance with the BRL because he was Japanese.

"Seriously people! I'm not BRL!", he shouted at the top of his lungs.

Sadly, his words didn't travel far over the shouts of the angry mob. The only way he could get out of this was to flash around his Black Knights emblem. However, he didn't want to reveal that he was apart of their group just so easily, for there was no telling whether or not his company was indeed BRL. He knew Isaac was apart of the Black Knights, but that doesn't mean he couldn't be some sort of BRL spy either. And what of Wendy? She was a Britannian and was even causing a decent amount of trouble here a the park to get them into this mess. However, Ritsu somehow found it rough to imagine her alligatored with such people and quickly shoved the idea from his mind.

Suddenly a blow was sent to the back of Ritsu head, coming from a middle aged Japanese man glaring at him with spiteful eyes.

"The BRL killed my wife and children!! How dare you show yourselves here?!!"

After hearing those words, there was no way Ritsu could hit the man back. He knew exactly how he felt, how he would suffer in the time to come. Instead he slightly flashed the man his Black Knights emblem out of view from the others, feeling he would have no choice but to do so. The man gasped at this and quickly apologized.

"Please refrain from letting people know about this....I'm on a top secret mission and I can't let my identity be known.", he whispered to the gentleman.

The man nodded, obeying much like an obedient dog. But that was the treatment you got for being apart of the Black Knights around here.

"Yeah, lets head on to the station then. I don't know how much more of this I can take....", he said in reply to Wendy's suggestion.

Isaac was getting annoyed he was getting called a BRL they were wrong he was fighting to protect these people but what there doing he thought that they didn't need the black knights let them fight for themselves the stress was to much his heart starts to speed up he started to clench his chest. "well this is a good why of getting of here" after saying this Isaac coughs up blood on to the ground.

It was then that isaac forgot he left his medication in his knight-mare which was near the train station. "well going to the train station is a good idea i left my stuff in a locker there" Isaac says that to wendy and Ritsu even though he was lieing about the locker.

Reid stood back, pleased at his work so far. While he was unsure of the other two his suspicions about Ritsu were somewhat unfounded. While not the out in the open deceleration he had expected Reid had noticed a Japanese man backing away from Ritsu after accosting him. Interested in the trio's next move Reid walked away from the crowd and took up a position near some of the cowering Park Security. If the riot he had incited did turn ugly he didn't want to be anywhere near it. Of course, if it did get a bit to nasty, he'd have to step in and put a stop to the ruckus. Prior to leaving the crowd Reid had noticed the three conversing in hushed tones but he had no way of knowing what they were saying so he instead decided to ignore the conversation. There was a more pressing concern on Reid's mind; when and if the three decided to flee the park would he follow them? While there was the potential to track down some BRL members and get some answers Reid felt he had done enough recon for the day and would instead opt to spend the rest of his day in the park, afterall: Someone was bound to hunt them down anyway.

It had suddenly occurred to her without warning. Why hadn't she took heed of it before? The pretentious voice from other than had branded Wendy, Ritsu, and Issac as members of BRL was quite familiar to her. Because it had been mixed in with a dozens other people's, she wasn't one hundred percent sure. Even so, she was almost positive she had heard the unknown individual once before. She just couldn't put her finger on who it was exactly. Whoever it was, all she knew was that she was more than ready to wrap her little fingers around their neck. Why did they abruptly proclaim something so stupid? Were they just trying to stop her from getting a couple of free cotton candies? Or were their motives far more sinister? There were simply too many questions for her to wrap her head around. Did someone know she actually was a member of the Britannian Restoration League? She doubted it. That meant that this person had to be keeping tabs on her, as she made sure to watch her back at every turn for possible stragglers. Wendy then theorized if someone was trying to test her, to see how she would react in this situation. This in turn meant that someone suspected her of truly belonging to the BRL, which lead to her coming to the assumption that whoever this individual knew her to an extent, at the very least. Knowing all this, perhaps it made it easier to figure out who she was dealing with her.

"Tch! If Ritsu and Issac are here with me and they clearly weren't the guy that yelled, then that means...!"

Reid Legato.

Now it all made sense. The voice she had heard minutes before was that of Reid Legato's, a soldier of the Britannian Military that had gotten in her way more times than she could count. There was no mistaking his voice, as it had become the equivalent of nails on a chalkboard in Wendy's opinion. She felt a bit stupid for not picking up on it before, but now there was no doubt in her mind who had incited this crowd. But what for? Did he actually suspect her of being in the BRL? Perhaps she had sent him a few mixed signals in the past, though she was sure they weren't enough to lead him to think something like this. Her eyes widening some, she turned to Ritsu and Issac. Now that she thought of it, Reid hadn't said Wendy in particular was guilty, but all three of them. He was trying to see if any of the three were the enemy. And he had done it in the best way possibly; turning the masses against them. Scowling, Wendy almost wanted to congratulate him on making her life a living hell at the moment. If Reid Legato really was the culprit behind this, she was going to remember to pay him back for this one.

"Well, I picked a swell day to come to the amusement park today..." she muttered to herself in a bitter fashion.

A vein formed on her from the sheer thought of facing Reid before she remembered that there were more important things to think about at the moment. Indeed, this ever growing mob took more precedence, as she saw no signs of the security in the park stepping forward to help. In fact, it was almost as if they wanted all these people to pounce on them like mad beast. Wendy wasn't going to stick around for that. No, she had already come up with a counter to Reid's little scheme. Signaling to Ritsu and Issac to follow her lead, she out of the blue jumped on top of the cotton candy booth and ran across it, jumping from booth to booth while the mod saw what she was up to and tried to tail her. However, she was much to fast for them, putting her military experience to work. Soon enough, she hopped over a large fence, safety outside the amusement park's walls. A sense of relief came over her; she was out of harms way. She searched back behind the fence to make sure of this and saw she had lost the crowd all right.

Her sense of relief soon washed away, replaced with pure, white hot rage at what had transpired. She had been made a fool out of and by her most hated enemy. The embarrassment she was feeling was indescribable. Wendy clenched her fist together with the lone thought of paying Reid back for such indecencies. She had squeezed her hands against each other so hard that they actually began to bleed. She paid no mind to the burning pain, however.

"D-DAMN IT! Those Eleven scum...! T-They should have been bowing down to me, acknowledging me as their better! That's it! I've had it! As soon as I grab my god damned Vincent Sky, I'm reducing this park, its inhabitants, and most of all Reid Legato TO FUCKING DUST!"

Slamming her wrist against the brick wall behind her, Wendy grit her teeth and waited in silence for Ritsu and Issac to hurry their asses up. Then, she would put everything to an end.

Ritsu was quite stunned to see how swiftly Wendy moved from booth to booth. He quickly followed her lead, not missing a single beat, or in this case booth. Either way, her plan was quite the smart one and it luckily lead them all the way out of the amusement park unscathed, not counting the one blow Ritsu had suffered back near the cotton candy booth. With a showy back flip, Ritsu landed safely back on ground level and dusted himself off a bit. After realizing what he had just done, he hoped no one would question how exactly he did that. But then again it was only a back flip, nothing special.

Glancing over at his company, it would seem that Isaac was suddenly overcome with sickness. As he could recall from their past meeting, Isaac seemed like a very sickly person. And what about Wendy, whose anger as of now seems completely on a different scale than from when they were back in the park. She also said something about Reid Legato. It seems he was pretty well known amongst the youth here, or it was only a coincidence that everyone seemed to be group into one big circle. Hold on a second, if now that he thought about it, it DID sound like Reid's voice that shouted that comment about all three of them being BRL. How strange, Ritsu thought that he and Reid were on good terms last time they had spoken to one another. Perhaps he had forgotten about him?

Nah.....I'd assume it'd be hard to forget someone that dresses so suave such as myself, thought Ritsu smugly with a hand to his chin.

Their problems weren't quite over yet, especially since the mob was still on their heels and heading for the park's entrance. Surely this situation was growing fouler and fouler by the minute and it was all because of Reid Legato. What exactly were his intentions for shouting such a baseless statement? Or perhaps he just wanted to stir up some kind of trouble to soothe his need of entertainment. Well if it was a show he wanted, he was more or less getting one with the best seat in the house.

Wait a second, did Wendy just mention something about a Vincent Sky? Off the top of his head, Ritsu knew that was the knightmare frame that was used by soldiers in the Britannian Military. So did that mean that she was aligned with them? If so, then it would be safe to reveal his true identity of being a Black Knight. However, Ritsu still felt that this still wasn't exactly the best time to do so and held his tongue.

"C-Calm down! Remember that we still have to get to the station, and that crowd is approaching fast so we better get moving!", he said to Wendy.

"There they are!!!!!!", shouted someone from behind the park gates.

Ritsu cursed under his breath and decided that now was the time to start moving again. After motioning to Isaac to come one and grabbing Wendy, he then did just that. If he looked back now, it could only mean trouble.

I must have the worst luck...and on my day off too....", he mumbled under his breath.

Isaac could hardly run but for his safety and the others he had to carry on even if he died which could be a possibility. they were almost up to the train station when isaac stopped and started to throw up blood cursing his broken heart in his mind. when he had stopped some of the people chasing them walked away but alot still were after them. "quickly lets get to the train station".

Watching the three flee was not something that Reid had accounted for but, nonetheless, he was sure of his next course of actions. He would find Ritsu at some point and find out if he was truly a part of the Black Knights. Reid needed some kind of link to the Black knights, maybe they knew something of the assassin that took out Sena? Deciding to save that task for another day, Reid sat back on a bench within the park. Looking around he noticed that the park had become surprisingly empty with the formation and subsequent departure of the mob. Patrons with children left when the mob became violent and all that remained in the park were a few Britannian teens and a handful of elderly people of both nationalities. Getting up, Reid decided he would take a ride on the ferris wheel. Purchasing a ride ticket, he boarded a car and began his slow ascent to the top.

Wendy, Ritsu, and the ailing Issac had managed to ditch the mob that had followed their escape from the amusement park and successfully arrived at their destination: the train station. There were only a couple of people there, each waiting for their individual train to turn up in its designated station. Wendy's eyes darted at the different bodies and she decided that this worked out better for her. Her Vincent Sky had been stashed directly under the station, so in order for her to get it from its hiding place, she was going to have to cause quite the ruckus. Though unfortunate, she didn't really have any choice in the matter if she was going to go along with her plans. Because the train station was for the most part empty, it helped her case a lot since only a few individuals would see what she was up to.

Speaking of her plans to destroy the amusement park, Wendy was beginning to have second doubts. It was true that she was still rather upset that she had nearly been killed by a belligerent mob of Japanese and Britannians, yet something was bothering her. The thought of going on with destroying the amusement park wasn't sitting well with her. This was a bit of a shock to her, as just a few minutes ago, she was ready to burn the place down without a moment's hesitation. Clearly, her consciousness was screaming at her to reconsider things and she was listening. Wendy turned to the spot where her Vincent Sky lay. It was her partner in her struggle against the Black Knights and the world, something an interesting person she had met some time ago informed her of. Every struggle and trial she had to go through, so did it. As such, she wondered about staining its hands with such a petty task.

No, she shouldn't have been getting to sentimental. A soldier's personal feelings merely clouded their judgment on the battlefield. Not only had the Britannian Restoration League taught her that, but her grandfather as well. He was a proud member of the Holy Britannian Empire's military force and loved his country with every bone in his form. He had been a wise, kind old man that had almost known when to be strict with Wendy. Anything he said to her had become sacred in her eyes, never to be questioned or disregarded in any situation. If her grandfather were still alive today, she was positive she knew what he would say. He would tell her that in order to create a brighter future for those of tomorrow, some sacrifices would have to be made. She had joined the BRL for a distinct reason: to restore the misguided United States of Britannia to its former glory.

Without saying a word to Ritsu or Issac, Wendy jumped down onto the train tracks and found a secret compartment between the metal strips, wrenching it open with her bare hands. All eyes turned in her vicinity, as she found her sleeping Vincent Sky nestled between the earth. She wasted little time in climbing aboard the cockpit and activating the controls of the machine. The Knightmare gradually came on behind a show of flashing lights and humming computer. She then inserted her key, starting the unit's Yggdrasil Engine. Grabbing the controls firmly, Wendy nodded, reminding herself that she knew what she had to do and that there would be no turning back. This was for her people, this was for Britannia.

"T-That's right. Long live Britannia!, she shouted, as she closed the hatch to her cockpit. Her weapons systems were coming online now and she had a good feeling they would be coming to some use in the near future. "I just need to draw the Black Knights out of their hiding place and capture one. If I can create a big enough ruckus at that blasted amusement, then I'll be sure to attract the Black Knights attention!"

With this plan of hers, it was clear that she would be attracting a lot of attention all right, and not just from the Black Knights. While her plan wasn't full proof, she determined that with her skills, she might just have been able to pull it off. All she had to do was capture a Black Knight and interrogate them for information on the group's latest plans, all while escaping from the unlucky victim's comrades. Some would have called it a suicide mission for her to attempt this on her own. Nevertheless, she glanced at the Vincent Sky's control panel for a few seconds. Her Knightmare seemed to be conveying her a message, telling her that they could do this together. Shaking her head at this very fact, she smiled and caused the Sky to burst from the ground and out in the open.

The Knightmare gleamed in the light of the sun and slowly moved forward in the direction of the theme park. Those present at the train station natural began to panic at the sudden appearance of a Knightmare Frame. What was it doing her of all places and who was piloting it? Most saw that it didn't bare the colors of the Black Knights and looked more like a Britannian model in design. Regardless, most scattered away from it, as it continued on ahead, destroying everything in its path. Wendy's wasn't necessarily fond of having to ruin the place like this, though she figured it would just help to draw more attention to herself in the long run. After all, she wanted to make sure without a doubt people understood this wasn't an everyday event.

"Alright! The Sky is handling like a dream! I'll have to thank my grandfather the next time I see him for leaving this too me. Watch out, Black Knights, you're about to meet your match from the one and only Wendy Alexis Stalingrad!"

Upon arriving at the train station, Ritsu casually glanced around at his surroundings, taking note of the lack of people surrounding them. He sighed in relief, the fact that he wouldn't be smushed by the usual rush hour crowds that gathered around this time. Perhaps all those people were the same ones from the mob back at theme park? If so then Ritsu felt even more elated that they were finally left alone, rush hour crowds are crude after all. After all that sprinting, he felt really thirsty. He realized that he didn't even drink anything after eating all of that food from earlier, so perhaps that thought alone made his thirst even worse. That was when he switched his gaze from the people around him to the whole station in general, scanning for any thing even resembling a vending machine.

Once he finally spied a vending machine for cold drinks, Wendy had separated from the group and hopped onto the train tracks. He was about to scold her for doing such a horrible thing, but quickly stopped himself. It was because of such actions that the there were even in this mess to begin with after all. But still, train tracks have high voltage, so Ritsu was amazed that Wendy was still intact. He already knew just what it was that she was doing and even commended her to himself about hiding a knightmare frame in such a place as this, and even the number of people in the station worked in her favor. A few people began to gather on the platform near the tracks to view Wendy's actions.

"Wow....people are just beyond nosy these days....", Ritsu mumbled to himself.

Ironically, he was probably classified in the class of nosy citizens because that's the very factor that even drew him to the cotton candy stand in the first place. Sighing amongst this development, he then decided to sneak away from the group to buy something out of the vending machine he had spied not too long ago. Perhaps he should buy something for Isaac, he wasn't looking to great at the moment after all. However, once he put money into the machine, a Vincent Sky burst out from under the station and gave the whole area a good shake. The machine was flipped on it's side and the glass front had shattered completely to shards. If this was going to happen, Ritsu would've saved his money.

"Great....and now the damn thing's broke and i can't get my money back! Damn!!", he shouted with a kick to the machine that was now equivalent to a heap of junk.

Putting that aside, he simply grabbed what he wanted through the broken glass and headed back over to Isaac. Handing him a cold drink, Ritsu then opened his and began to gulp it down. Above them floated the Vincent Sky, currently being piloted by Wendy. She had caused such a ruckus already today that it would be no surprise if a whole line of Black Knights would be sortied out. Does that mean he and Isaac would be sortied as well then? He didn't really want to fight Wendy at this point, they were after all in the same position.

"What do you think, is she with the Britannian Military?", he asked Isaac, wanting his opinion of the whole thing.
