Random Suzaku Kururugi Fact of the Month

Suzaku Kururugi was actually the missing link needed to create the Atomic Bomb. Scientists were baffled on how to fabricate the weapon until Suzaku showed them a Spinzaku in real time. Everything soon became clear to them.

Character of the Month
Wendy Alexis Stalingrad
Wendy Alexis Stalingrad
Wendy Alexis Stalingrad was born to parents of particularly low status in the Holy Britannian Empire. Her mother was a simple chambermaid to the Royal Family and her father was a low ranking soldier in the military. Her father was killed early on when the Black Knights first appeared and her mother was killed soon after when during the Battle of Narita. Sent to live with her grandfather, she spent the better part of her years with him, learning how to be a proud soldier of Britannia. When he too was killed in the line of fire and when the Black Knights finally emerged triumphant, she was left with nothing. As such, she didn't hesitate to join the Britannian Restoration League upon hearing of their creation to get a shot at payback. All she could think of was destroying Zero and 'restoring' her homeland. Now a full fledged member of the BRL, Wendy's specialty is infiltration and espionage and she is often assigned to go undercover in Japan for various reasons. Has a long standing rivalry with Reid Legato, Becca Buchanan, and just about anyone else that gets on her nerves. She is probably well known for her white hot temper and 'shoot first, ask later' disposition.

"Oh? I might still be able to. Whilst it is true she and I are perhaps not so well acquainted as her father, but I can still garner you and audience or answer any questions you might have about her. You'll find me rather...knowledgeable, you see."

Virgil's grin became far more noticeable in that split instant, and the air turned chill for just a moment. He leaned forward somewhat and he suddenly seemed to be in control of the situation and conversation. His eyes peaked open somewhat, his deep and piercing yellow eyes gazing on Cecille's own, however, as her's could be compared to a mirror, his could be compared to a knife, staring down at you and poised to strike. Virgil changed only his posture, and suddenly the mood had completely done a 180.

"And actually, yes, I do know the president. Becca Buchanan, age sixteen, Britannian, comes from a well-respected family of militants and can be found oh...I don't know, half way across the world learning how to shoot a gun."

It was a bit surprising to see how the air around the two had gotten so suddenly heavy and dark. C.C. thought Virgil's attitude now resembled some sort of devil that was disguised as an everyday gentleman. It turns out there are actually a lot of people on this earth that bear the same personality, but it was this man's gaze that actually managed to send chills down C.C.'s spine for a brief moment. Perhaps this meeting wasn't purely coincidental after all since witches belonged in the same category as devils.

"Is that so...? Not very nice of the Prez to be neglecting her duties now is it?", she replied not showing one bit of the uneasiness she had felt a second ago.

Still, if the president wasn't attending classes at Ashford right now, who was the acting president? This information was crucial right now, so crucial to the point that she might even enlist the help of this Devil.

Virgil gave a light chuckle once more. This one was a winner, alright. She didn't balk once at his depth of information, and had keep her own somewhat distant demeanor throughout the conversation. This made the Earl think she might be someone like himself, someone with a stake in the world at large. Of course, this was all supposition-- for all he knew, she was a single mother wanted to enroll her son and didn't know that she had to do so through an intermediary.

"'Old traditions, they will abide, arise young heroes. Our past inspires noble deeds, All Hail Britannia.'"

Dryly quoting the patriotic anthem of the Holy Britannian Empire, it became apparent that Virgil was no patriot himself. Naturally, he didn't quote the age-old anthem out of scorn nor did he show himself to despise the country. An aloof answer to an aloof question was all his statement was, nothing more, nothing less.

Of course, it is worth noting that this is no longer the anthem of the United States of Britannia.

Ashford Academy's famed bell rang throughout the whole campus. Soon to follow was a mass of students proceeded on to their next classes. Regretting her decision, she walked toward the roof's exit, leaving the gentleman behind. The sounds of idle chatter buzzed throughout the the whole area and it was even louder once C.C. opened the door to the inside. There students stepped on down the corridors in the same sea that had left C.C. stranded on the roof. Well, it wouldn't be the smartest thing to do, but C.C. did need to get through all these kids in order

"Hey, lead me to the Student Council Room will ya? Or would you must prefer to sit here on the roof, dawdling in old anthems?"

She hoped that Virgil the Devil would agree to help, but she had a good feeling that the man would keep to himself instead of dabbing himself in her matters. But then again, curiosity might just be on her side this time.

Virgil was somewhat surprised by her offer to guide her through the school. If she was such a stranger here, he wondered what her business in the council room could possibly be, or her interest in the president. Deciding to quench his curiosity, Virgil finished his tea and put his hands into his pocket, moving from the balcony. Closing one eye and making eye contact with the other, he followed astutely.

"Gladly."

Striding in front of her, he personally opened the door for his new 'companion', gesturing for her to walk through. Taking the stairs down from the roof, he spotted the chaos and turmoil of the students, shuffling, laughing, yelling, and sprinting on their way to their next class. Despite this feverish chaos, the moment the Grinning Hound of Britannia set his foot through the door way, most all of the chaos seemed to stop as if frozen. The laughs fell deaf and muted, the horseplay vanished before him and everyone took but one glance of him before scurrying off or falling silent with whispers.

Turning to Cecille, he held out his hand as if to beckon her to follow him once more, despite the whispers.

C.C. gently took hold of the hand that Virgil so kindly extended to her through the mass of students. Again, since when were kids so desperate to get to their classes? She remembered back in Lelouch's day that kids would ditch left and right. Well, Milly was the headmaster here now, and she must've started enforcing the rules with an iron fist.

"This place is seriously overcrowded.", C.C. mumbled.

She doubted anyone heard her over the loud chatter that was occurring just about in every inch of the corridor. It was beginning to become hard to breathe with all this close knit travel. Looking forward toward Virgil, who was leading her down the hall, she wondered just how he even managed to see where he was going at this point.

Just what are his motives for going along with this so easily? Perhaps I'm reading into this a bit too much......perhaps it was merely curiosity.

Striding confidently through the seas of students, Cecille's hand in his own, it became necessary to have a grip on her palm as so they would not get separated. Virgil found the crowding strange, the students were nary this out and about to get to class. Dismissing it as mere timing, he continued through the chaos, his presence parting a particularly close knit sea of students every once in a while. Everywhere, there were whispers.

'Who is that strange man?'
'Isn't he that on--'
'Sssh! He's coming this way.'
'Who's that with him?'
'I'm not sure, but keep your hea-'
'Ooooh booooys~!'
'Dammit! Failed another test?! I'll never get t-'

"Aaaaand we're here, Miss Cecille."

Virgil stopped at a wide brown door near a marble wall. The Ashford Academy had been remodeled and redecorated since the Black Rebellion, and the rooms, whilst placed and layed out the same way as always, looked far different from the last time Virgil was here-- except for the Student Councilroom, a standing testament to the history of Ashford. Turning to Cecille, he spoke once more.

"So, what sort of business do you have here in the Student Councilroom could I ask?"

Putting her ear to the door, C.C. heard zero movement from inside the room. It seems that Virgil's information was indeed accurate. This news disturbed her even more since she ABSOLUTELY needed to have a word with this Becca Buchanan person stat.

"I just need to find out about this....event.....", C.C. replied.

After examining the door as if she were some kind of spy, she finally decided to grasp it's silver doorknob. With a twist and a gentle push forward, the door slowly creaked open. C.C. didn't even bother analyzing as to why the door itself was open in the first place. No, she zoomed on in and began ravaging through files left on a nearby desk. The nameplate 'Becca Buchanan, President' rested on it's sleek surface.

Virgil silently followed 'Cecille' about the room, shadowing her casually and peering over her shoulder in subtle ways. Appearing to merely be glimpsing the immaculate marble statue of the Lancelot, a testament to Suzaku Kururugi's actions on the eve of the Battle for Tokyo, positioned outside one of the large windows, Virgil instead keep a keen eye trained on all of her doings-- and all the files she was digging out.

"Oh? What sort of event would you need her for?"

Why is this woman so obsessed with Becca Buchanan? It was puzzling to Virgil at first, and the fact she was searching so fervently added weight onto his assumption that she was more 'legitimate' then he might have first thought. Stiding over to the large wooden door, he closed it tightly before locking in and leaning on it's wooden surface-- it would give them the privacy they likely would come to need...

C.C. payed no mind to Virgil as she continued to storm her way through all of Becca's files. She didn't care about the mess she was currently making, seeing as to how she wouldn't be the one who would have to clean up afterward. It was until she had not found the paper she wanted was when she finally decided to reply to Virgil's question.

"This event that happens every year here.", was he short reply.

Sure it wasn't nearly as detailed as Virgil would've wanted, but she felt as if she could hardly think straight at this moment. Ravaging through yet another pile of papers, she conitnued making the huge mess into a sea of papers and important files that might as well have been stamped 'useless' in C.C.'s eyes.
