Random Suzaku Kururugi Fact of the Month

Suzaku Kururugi was actually the missing link needed to create the Atomic Bomb. Scientists were baffled on how to fabricate the weapon until Suzaku showed them a Spinzaku in real time. Everything soon became clear to them.

Character of the Month
Wendy Alexis Stalingrad
Wendy Alexis Stalingrad
Wendy Alexis Stalingrad was born to parents of particularly low status in the Holy Britannian Empire. Her mother was a simple chambermaid to the Royal Family and her father was a low ranking soldier in the military. Her father was killed early on when the Black Knights first appeared and her mother was killed soon after when during the Battle of Narita. Sent to live with her grandfather, she spent the better part of her years with him, learning how to be a proud soldier of Britannia. When he too was killed in the line of fire and when the Black Knights finally emerged triumphant, she was left with nothing. As such, she didn't hesitate to join the Britannian Restoration League upon hearing of their creation to get a shot at payback. All she could think of was destroying Zero and 'restoring' her homeland. Now a full fledged member of the BRL, Wendy's specialty is infiltration and espionage and she is often assigned to go undercover in Japan for various reasons. Has a long standing rivalry with Reid Legato, Becca Buchanan, and just about anyone else that gets on her nerves. She is probably well known for her white hot temper and 'shoot first, ask later' disposition.

Forever Falling

This is the synopsis of what's going on here at Requiem of Geass V.2. Everything that occurs happens approximately te years after the end of Code Geass R.2., not any of the manga or non canon material.

Note that the material here can change at any moments notice based on new events occurring.

Ten years ago, the war between the Order of the Black Knights and the Holy Britannian Empire finally came to a resounding conclusion with the assassination of Britannia's 99th Emperor, Lelouch vi Britannia. This act was committed at the hands of the Black Knights' leader, the infamous criminal simply known as Zero. Lelouch, though abolishing the Area-Number system and the class systems that had been abundant in Britannia for decades, performed these actions as mere a smokescreen for his quest of world domination. With the globe under siege, Zero took it upon himself to kill the tyrannical Emperor. What followed was a wave of peace across the entire world, as the colonies that had broken free from Britannia beforehand and joined the United Federation of Nation, or U.F.N., began to prosper under the new nation's watch. The United States of Japan, once Area 11 and founded by Zero, in particular proceeded to rebuild at a rapid pace and within ten years, it shaping into a proud and noble nation of its own accord. For the most part, the Black Knights had succeeded in their original goal of liberating Japan and the rest of the world. For now, it it appeared the tyrannical rain of Britannian had finally come to an end.

Britannia, now referring to itself as the United States of Britannia, slowly turned down the path of democracy thanks to the efforts of its new Empress, Nunnally vi Britannia, by relinquishing any and all claims to its former colonies and acquisitions. Because of this, the nation has been reduced substantially, now merely occupying the continents of North and South America. Despite its fall from power, the country seemed determined to leave its bloodstained past behind it to pursue a brighter future. The Britannian Royal Family now simply stands as a symbolic figure and though the Empress held some power in government, the reigns of the country were truly controlled by a democratic panel. Though remaining distant from the U.F.N., Britannia truly appeared to be a nation changed for the better in the eyes of those around the world and quickly formed a powerful alliance with the U.F.N. Even so, there were those who wondered why Britannia refused to join the U.F.N.'s ranks time and time again.

However, there were a few individuals that were less than contempt with the aftermath of the war. In particular, the removal of the class system left the once powerful, wealthy, and influential nobles and members of Britannia's upper class now crippled and poor. This was a fact few were willing to simply withstand and even though Emperor Lelouch vi Britannia had managed to keep a good some of his dissenters down, enough of them survived after his death to come together. Along with them were the Britannian veterans of the war, some of which who were more than dismayed to find that all their efforts had gone to waste, especially since Japan has successfully acquired their long sought after freedom. From these seeds of bitterness and resent came a group known as the Britannian Restoration League, who's goal is to return their homeland of Britannia to the powerful and dominant superpower it once was, while reestablishing the class system and ousting the current Britannian Empress, Nunnally vi Britannia in place of their own appointed leader.

The BRL started as nothing but a small following, drawing in Britannians and other individuals who shared their point of view. Neither the U.F.N. nor the United States of Britannia saw them as any sort of threat and allowed them to gradually, but surely, increase within a time span of ten years. Their first defining moment came approximately five years ago, with the attack on an unsuspecting city of Saitama, located within the United States of Japan. The BRL had stolen outdated Knightmare Frames from the Britannians and upgraded them for their own personal use, using them to completely destroy the city within a matter of hours. Afterward, the organization declared war on the United States of Japan and the Black Knights, claiming the nation would be the first to be subjugated under the 'new' Britannia. Outraged, the U.F.N. demanded that the group surrender themselves, however, the group refused, instead attacking a Britannia military base on the coast of Japan, killing hundreds of innocent civilians and soldiers in the process. It was then clear to both Britannia and Japan that a new conflict had been born from hatred.

Five years have passed and the battle between the BRL and the Black Knights rages onward, neither side able to gain a distinct advantage on the other. Since the start, the Black Knights have received limited support from Britannia, mostly because the latter spent the last ten years demilitarizing because of heavy reforms enforced by the Empress. Because of this, the fight has simply consisted of the BRL and the Black Knights thus far. However, advances in Britannia Knightmare technology, led by Lloyd Asplund of Camelot, have helped Britannia takes its first steps into stopping the BRL for good...
