Has anyone ever put bigger caps on the sabertooth to see if that could help it a little bit with the overcurrent stall? As long as I don't push it too hard its fine usually, debating getting the 2x25 and maybe just doing some plasti-dip so I can mount it in the tub. |

I've heard putting the throttle ramping on helps. Get some MG Chemicals conformal coating, to waterproof your electronics. It doesn't cost that much, and its actually designed, for that purpose. I've had good luck with the acrylic coating, even using it on an old ESC that tends to hold water in the bottom of it's case. I've heard the silicone and urethane coatings are similarly effective. |

Tried larger caps, didn't help with current overload. Acceleration ramping helps some, but was still there with the motors I had at the time. |
