Thank you for the link, that is excellent :)
I will grease the stock gears for sure.

I have now started with the bearing install, but i have 2pcs of the medium sized bearings left?
Where should they go?

I have installed 2 bearings in all the 8 wheels.
I have also installed 4 medium sized bearings inside the differential, as well as the 2 biggest.

As well as 4 medium ones on the break axles.

But where should the 2 bearings left go?

There where 28 bearings in total.

I figured it out, the 2 bearings are for the spur gear axle :)

I want to flip my servo upside down and have the brake linkages in the bottom compartment.

Does anyone know if i can flip the original brake shafts, or do i need to buy Nitro shafts?
The electric shafts are longer, but there shouldnt be a problem to use them upside down?

It's somewhere in the forums but if I remember right you need the nitro shafts or you need to physically modify the electric shafts. I moved my servo to the front which gave the blizzard much better balance.
