Got this from timmy2tracks and just don't have the time for it. Stock body included and is still unpainted. I have switched the servo for a traxxas 2075 and tested. Works great. 525 shipped or 560 with two SPC racing 2s lipos Contact me at jjtessmer@gmail.com Build link is here for those of you who haven't seen it... http://s1.zetaboards.com/RCsnowcats/topic/5045007/1/ Well, it's 98% done and I haven't looked at it in a year or more. I said I never would, but I am selling "The beast from the East"... Included is the Blizzard with steering servo, EVX-2 ESC, deans connectors, deans 12 gauge wire throughout, bottom plate, waterproof bearings, hexscrews hardware kit, roll bar, extra brake parts, original differential, plastic tracks, metal tracks, original body with decals, Ford truck body with all the parts including wood for drop bed, lexan DF-300 body window masks and parts tree, and extra box. Inside the chassis is the now unavailable fibre brake pads (not available anymore), I also included another set of carbon fibre brake pads (new), the crazy rare helical differential (I searched for 2 years, and finally found it in Japan), and the Rogue Element Component dual motor plate. I begged Chris to let go of this motor plate, since it was his only one and his personal unit. I had to pay up, but got it from him. Same went for the drop bed kit: he (Chris) only made a few and I had to beg him for one from his personal stash. As you can see, I have a lot tied up into this snowcat, and can't believe I am considering letting it go. Honestly, this isn't the fastest snowcat with the brushed motors, but there is no shortage on torque. I have never seen another Blizzard built up to this level, and you will have the best of the best, and most one-of-a-kind Blizzard there is. You couldn't build another one like it, because of all the rare and discontinued parts. All that is left is to weather the bumpers and chrome, add a winch if you wanted one, and tweak the steering, and it's finished. Here's the breakdown... Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin bodyset $40 Rogue Elements drop bed kit: $60 Blizzard kit: $330 Metal tracks: $125 EVX-2 ESC: $100 Hexscrews hardware kit: $45 Bearings: $25 Brake disks x2: $30 Servo horn: $20 Helical Diff: $100 Motor plate: $100 Waterproof receiver box: $10 Random deans wire and connectors: $15 All parts are new So, at about $1000 for a round estimate of what I have into this. Wow! That adds up quickly... |
