I am not a go-fast brush-zilla guy, but here is how the seasoned guys seem to do it... Have a bunch of pinions on hand. Buy the faster system and gear down, that way nothing is being worked too hard. You are much better to run a faster motor with a small pinion, than a slower motor with a large pinion. |

With the DF it is pretty straight forward gearing. Spur is 86T/48P so it just comes down to pinion now..well I guess a person could play around with spur gears too, eh? Even switch in 32P....I am sure something must fit. Tinkering!! I can call it the Tinker Toy!! hehehe |

I guess the 19T motor is not very fast is it?? It might have to be my new comm lathe motor!!
