I guess I need a new lipo battery. The ones I have are too long. What do you guys run in your DF-300 in the stock front location? Thanks for any info. |

I've been looking at buying 4 of these for various RC's and I beleive they are the same size as a regular 6 cell nimh pack http://www.hobbypartz.com/98p-40c-5000-2s1p-hardcase.html |

Not sure whats being used but I bet the shorter race packs would work well. You could also use the 1/16 scale packs. I run one in my Rock Force and still have plenty of power and run time. Short race pack Pack Dimensions: 0.94 x 1.85 x 3.8" (24 x 47 x 95.8mm) ![]() 1/16 pack Dimensions: 1.2 x 0.7 x 3.5" (31 x 17 x 90mm) ![]() |

I think those are too long.....138mm seems too long! I don't know. I like that battery but think it won't fit sideways in the front of the DF? |

Not sure what width would fit I just know that that LiPo is actually shorter than a 6-cell nimh because the wires don't come out the end. Just confirmed on my nimh packs that their length is about 139mm |

I use a Turnigy 4000mAh 2S 30C hardcase pack (ROAR APPROVED) that fits perfectly and a Duratrax LiPo 25C 11.1V Onyx 4000mAh Hard Case DeansĀ® Ultra that is a tight fit. |

Yeah I've been using Turnigy 5000 hard packs, about the same size as a standard 6 cell pack. |
