SWEEET That means mine is complete! Seriously... this is the Holy Grail? ![]() Suddenly I feel like the guy who is not fully appreciating what I have! ![]() I could make up duplicates, except that formed rib needs special tooling I don't have, so it would be flat :-/ |

That is not what I've been expecting but any DX part is a holy grail for me. Your DX is very clean Captain, let me know if you want to clean it more from extra parts, hehe. |

Scale, let me ask... do the 'GP' gas powered ones come with the tracks like on these old DX's ? Most pictures show them with the same meaty looking tracks. And are the springs in the "suspension" just to keep the wheels following the tracks (like idlers) or should the whole machine be lifted up and "floating" on them? Right now mine are bottomed out like I had a hundred pounds in it. |

I googled the GP version and they look like the same late style plastic tracks. I have never looked at a GP photo before, you have sharp eyes. http://fastharry.com/wp-content/gallery/kyosho-nitro-blizzard/kyosho-nitro-blizzard-2.jpg The springs should keep it lifted and give a soft suspension. I'm not very sure at the moment but I remember bogey springs and normal springs were different, even the left and right side springs may be different too. I had replaced the springs several times while I was re-building mine. |

Most I see on e-bay seem to have the DX type tracks...maybe I am imagining things. A side note: the ebay seller who sold the lot of stuff (topic of the thread) has a lot of Kyosho Blizzards and RC stuff.... Definitely a fan. Should have been on this site! |

I'm checking his listings everyday but looks like he already gave away all the jewels. I still have a little hope that he will list an original DX tiller one day

That looks like a nice one but the body is trash and that transmitter looks like a $1 toy. I would buy it if it had a box and manual. |
