http://www.ebay.com/itm/RADIO-CONTROLLED-SNOW-GROOMER-REALLY-WORKS-/370567020280?pt=AU_Toys_Hobbies_Radio_Controlled_Vehicles&hash=item564783fef8 It's listed as 1/18 scale, but no brand name.... and only $200 (too bad about the $100 s&h) Is it a re-branded unit you think? |

sorry to break the news - ( Itch told me about this a long time back, I had the same question ) - it's a toy made by a company called Dickie - runs on a bunch of AAs and the plow is manual - it's quite a bit smaller than the Kyosho - - Sears in Canada were selling them at one time for about $50 or so - not a real R/C grade ..... http://www.dickietoys.de/en/products/radio_control_toys/detail.shtml?sArtNr=201119543 ( ps: never stop hunting - ya never know )

Oh boy... that would have REALLY hurt to get it and realize you could have gotten 4 for the same price (plus 2 more for the S&H). Honestly, it looked like it would be a drive-by-wire rig. I figured they photo-shopped the wire out. |

I saw one of these last year...I got all excited momentarily thinking it was a Blizzard, then quickly realized it wasn't. Pretty low-end, poor build quality. I don't know if you could upgrade the electronics in it enough to make it useable...I think I'd take a pass on it for 25% of that price. |
