This is a great article!!
It puzzles me tho, because if there was a suspicion of bodies being buried in the basement, and spirits trying to burn the house down, why wouldn't the owner let someone come in and dig around and try to find out? Hauntings around the cottage by the pool, maybe something is out there as well,... I dunno,.. Very interesting!!! I am intrigued!!!

My cousin, and her husband, lived in California for a very long time,.. they actually lived in an apartment that Rudolph Valentino once lived in. She said she had actually seen the apparition of a man, in her living room, and in her dining room on numerous occasions that did, in fact, look like the late actor,....

Hey L J,
That waould be a great story for them to post.
It probably was Valentino's shade as i have heard of his
spirit seen in Hollywood.
And he was a passionate actor, so it is possible he left some of himself in our mortal realm.

The Duke was an American Icon !!
Even in his own lifetime.
I remember some of the biggest, burliest, roughest, and toughest grown men crying when John passed away.
There hasn't been anyone else like him.

I thought i heard a story about "The Duke's" spirit seen on a boat he used to own.
He was a big outdoorsman, and he loved the ocean as much as the woods and deserts.

I will see what i can find.
