Hi,

He was an important and warlike ruler. Allauddin called himself "the second Alexander". He was also given the title of " Sikandar- e-Shahi" (title). In his empire he banned the consumption of alcohol in the open.

In 1308, Alauddin sent his assistant Malik Kafur to the South campaign, whose main objective was to secure the wrestling of the Hoysala empire established on the south of the Krishna river and to increase the trade of Madura in the south. Malik Kafur came back to Delhi in 1311. But shortly after 1316 Sultan died.
