However, you chose to resurrect the topic by reposting it, quoting a post designed to troll and possibly encourage further flaming. SO i get flammed for sticking up not only for modders, but for modding in general and for sticking up for myself. WELL GUESS WHAT i have had enough and have completly removed myself from the morrowind community. I responded to the above PM with obvious courtesy and kindness, as i can understand the spamming of quoting from a deleted post (which i didnt know was deleted) - explaind this. What ididnt say was how i truly felt as the way it came accross it obvious that people on the froums cannot express themselves with out consequences, espically when sticvking up for ones self and for others, so i hope the modderaters see this and understand that i was not spamming but that its a subject that is obviously close to everyones hearts nad that by preventing descusion about it, it could ultimtly end up with everyone getting hurt and pissed off. Most of this seems to actually be happening on the BethSoft forums, which surprises me because I've always felt I've had good experiences in general with the people there. Still, after nearly losing AlienSlof, then actually losing Korana and now Midgetalien well this is definitely starting to get out of hand. As for the comment on AlienSlof's mods being removed-well I mean seriously, I think the topic shouldn't have necessarily been closed to begin with-I'd have liked to have engaged in a nice, mature discussion of the subject, although I'm sure the op might not feel the same way per se. The thing is, these mods exist-people put a lot of work into them. What I actually find HILARIOUS about the post is that s/he said that "The lovers and legnds from MR. chellopane mod is a littel better. in lovers and legends there is a littel purpose it makes contacts.", now I don't get that, I've never played Lovers and Legends in part because I don't like running external programs, but from what I heard it is the most EXPLICIT sex mod for MW. I don't know what else it does, as I said I couldn't make it out and having not played it maybe there's something more to the mod that I don't know about. But still griping about mods that make the female walking animations "sexier", while saying that a mod that actually adds SEX ITSELF is about as big a double standard as I can possibly imagine. How many times do we need to tell people like this, "If you don't like the mod, you DON'T HAVE TO DOWNLOAD IT!". It's not like music where you might have to listen to it play over and over again on the radio or during news segments or what have you. I do agree that perhaps mod download sites should start implementing a system by which to possibly prevent the downloading of more mature-type mods by younger people. Although anyone under the age of seventeen may dislike such a system as it would possibly prohibit them from downloading such great mods as The Underground 2. I'd probably be more apt to have a simple rating system that's just there, and maybe some kind of locks for the prevention of downloading the more extreme mods like Lovers and Legends. Perhaps they could even find a way to code the rating system for some kind of compatibility with NetNanny-type programs, hence putting the responsibility for blocking "inappropriate content" into the hands of parents. However, with something like Better Bodies it may be tricky, as it's possible to have full nudity, but there's also an option to not have it-meaning that under this system Psychodog may want to release a version of BB that only has the Perma Underwear or also provides the "Barbie and Ken doll" options that allow for skimpier clothing without underclothing getting in the way. I'm not sure if this would shut up all the trolls, I'm sure there will still be people like that poster who think that sexual content of any kind just shouldn't be made at all. But really, there's an audience for it, and most of the stuff that Slof made was just revealing clothing and such. Well, anyway I can't just rant on forever about this-but I think this is one of the few places where you can even do this kind of ranting. Making a thread like this on the BethSoft forum will probably lead to it instantly being closed, and a possible warning even.

I haven't tried it, cuz' i'm not a perv, but my brother has, cuz' he likes to try everything. I PMed midgetalien to try to talk him out of it, even though he'll probably never get it, and if he does, he's still not likely to listen to me. And I want to punch that first person in the face, because they are putting down Alienslof for no reason. And yes, this is restating what's already been said, but it is wrong to flaunt how much you don't like a mod, when all of that hard work has gone into it! I personally like Alienslof's mods, and it makes me mad to see people reacting like that. Not to mention how much work, and even money, has gone into mods with animations, cuz' the good modeling programs either aren't very useful with animation, or are expensive(it's roughly $3000 for a 3DS Max license. Auuughhh! drinks some coffee

Because she pulled ALL of her mods from PES due to being fed up with the trolls. I'm working with Great House Fliggerty to create a "Troll Killing" mod, although Trolls will also be a playable race. There will probably be two races, one playable and well-balanced, the other unplayable and very, very weak for Troll NPCs. Yeah, they don't look like standard ES trolls. I based them off the Trolls from the ShadowRun RPG game-and it gives them something to add to the numerous idle voice-over complaints. lol Oh, and they'll be clothed in the mod...and sorry I couldn't get a good angle that didn't as much of the male Troll's lower parts. How's Hyrule Isle coming along? ------------------------------------------------------------ This is the cycle. Most times a modder leave quietly. Emma, Qarl, redwood treesprite seems to be gone. Other times one get sick and blows up starting a domino effect. If someone leave from a domino effect they where going to leave anyway. Now people who leave on a domino effect get sympathy so they come back. People who leave on there own come back on there own.

And come on, there is no romance in lovers and legends. o.O You have intercourse with whomever you please whenever you wish, unless you also use The Romance Mod and fliggerty's integration mod for them. So how are sexy animations worse than L&L? @.@ ^^" I personally do use L&L. I also use fliggerty's integration with the Romance Mod so its worked into a romance (vampire romance since I made VE compatible with it. I need to ask Cortex and Fliggerty if I can post them as compatibility patches). So I do take that as a personal attack. I also downloaded sexy anims...but deleted it on accident. ^^" err..anyone still got the files to send to me? I wonder if he ever thought "Oh. This mod just wasn't made for me." >.>' Assuming that everyone thinks that way. Hate people like that. And it wasn't enough to insult the downloaders or the mod itself, but to insult the authors? I'm glad it was deleted. However, I am (correction, was) a chat moderator for an online game and a forum moderator for the games forum..and I kinda completely agree with the mods warning and decisions. ^^' Unfortunately, if people keep pulling their mods, the trolls might begin to see these tactics as proven to work.
