Reporting in; NOT a rant post

Mad God Posts: 610 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Mar 8, 2008	There's a blog feature on my deejaygamer.com message boards, but it would make more sense to have them either hear or perhaps even more sense to have developer blogs on the php fusion cyrodiil.deejaygamer.com-I wonder if Zetaboards has a Blog-type feature or a means for incorporating one besides just making it into a forum...I'll look into that. It's trickier of course with something like this because "hosted" message boards tend to be either difficult or impossible to modify since much of it would need to involve altering source files. Edit-Check this out: http://docs.zetaboards.com/board/blogs - I'll take a closer look at it myself later on. DevBlogs would be great, it'd be a cool way for the public to come check out what's going on from the modder's perspectives. We also gotta use Cyrodiil.deejaygamer.com as an "official site" with updates and stuff in the future, I know it's already that, but more so.

I'll be checking out Zetaboards blog features next to see how those can be properly set up. I agree that cyrodiil.deejaygamer.com should be used more effectively. Also, if I recall correctly last time I checked your sig pointed to these forums instead of the website-which just goes to show how obscure the main website is-even people working on the project are either not entirely aware of it or just think that these forums are a better source of information for what's going on in the project.

The hardest part was putting together the background and even that wasn't all too hard at all. Well actually I think the hardest part was importing my Sheogorath icon as an avatar-it wouldn't let me just link it from the site, I had to go into my Photobucket account and upload it there. Did you read my topics about setting up a blog, btw? Turns out this site has had a blog system in it the whole time and we just didn't notice it. lol
