.... You have GOT to be kidding me. Was this what he meant when he said "tools"? she wondered to herself when Haken took his wrenches and turned them into nunchaku which he twirled around. Ineffectually, she might add.

Her run slowed to a walk as she quietly just raised her bazooka one more time and fired off a round, this time into the back of the mecha's knee. If it took that out, then the robot would be rendered crippled and completely useless. Either way, time was up for her weapon, so she simply tossed it away and let it disappear.

Perhaps this would be the end of its rampage, and they could move on to extracting the pilot from its cockpit and arresting him for disturbing the peace. She did feel somewhat sorry for him, but it was overshadowed by the fact that no matter what his reasons were, he caused quite the disturbance and could have really hurt someone with that mecha.
"... Frostfire, huh?" she wondered aloud to herself.

Slowing down her pace into a walk, Aisia fired one last round from her scaled-down Hyper Bazooka, her shot aimed at the back of the experimental combat robot's knee. The explosive round blew out the mecha's knee joint, disabling its means of locomotion - the behemoth was clearly not getting up again, and all the while lots of foul language - and it really mean lots as in stuff no decent ears should ever hear - emanated from within the pilot cockpit was the operator cursed his predicament. Her conjured weapon having reached its time limit, the wizard simply discarded it, where it merely vanished from existence upon hitting the ground.

The wailing of police sirens in the distance signaled the arrival of police reinforcements, while JSDF helicopters buzzed overhead; the military having finally arrived to provide backup but having arrived a little too late to join in on the action.

A black station wagon pulled up on the scene, and from the vehicle exited a Frostfire Industries director - a nondescript bespectacled Japanese man with an average build, graying hair and dressed in a gray business suit, accompanied what appeared to be a researcher - by a tallish and slim woman wearing a white lab coat over a women's business attire, a blouse and knee-length skirt with a suit jacket.

"I think I should congratulate you..." the Japanese Frostfire director spoke as he walked up to the downed robot, past Aisia as he momentarily took his eyes off the machine to look at Aisia before fixing his eyes back on his behemoth. "Although to be honest I'm quite lost for words here..." the sharply-dressed businessman continued. While Aisia had done a good job in stopping the madman's rampage before further damage could be done to the city, she had cost the company millions in wrecking their military prototype. Either way, once the headquarters in London learns of the news he knew that the big boss, Sir Stravas Frostfire, isn't going to be happy about it.

In the meantime, a contingent of JSDF special ops armed with acetylene cutters swarmed over the downed hulk, cutting open its cockpit while their colleagues stood nearby with their weapons raised to cover the officers working on forcefully opening the cockpit to extract the pilot. As soon as the hull was breached and the cockpit pried open, the police officers moved in to drag out a hysterical corporate executive in a disheveled dress shirt and slacks, the man kicking and screaming as the officers put him in handcuffs, forcefully marching him into a waiting police cruiser.

"I apologize for whatever trouble my employee has caused for you, miss," the director said as he stood with his hands by his side and bowing solemnly, with the female research worker next to him doing likewise. "If there's anything I or the Japan branch of Frostfire Industries can do for you as a means of compensation, do say." Of all things considered, he certainly wouldn't want one more person who could testify against the company in court in the legal proceedings that would follow.

Rule 63 is fun.
With the robot downed, the large man simply hopped off it and stumbled around in his drunken haze. His rage subsided and victory in grasp there was only one thing left for the him to do.

Party.

As such, he began dancing the monkey as he began belting a song at the top of his lungs. "KIIIIING! KIIIIING! KIIIINGU GAINER~!"

All's well that ends well?

Another sweatdrop fell from Aisia's head as Haken leapt off the mecha and started singing like an idiot. But at least, it seemed that the robot was now down and out completely.disabled, unable to cause more damage. Still, the fact that the machine was a Frostfire creation worried her. Did this mean that Selene somehow ended up here and was able to rebuild her family business, or was this really some kind of alternate universe version of her family she was dealing with here?
She was so lost in thought that she didn't notice the Frostfire businessman show up to address her. "I think I should congratulate you... Although to be honest I'm quite lost for words here..."

Aisia raised a brow at that. Either he was at a loss for words because she, a small unprotected human, was able to easily down such a large machine, or it was precisely because his machine was down. And from the tone of his voice, it seemed like the latter.
"I apologize for whatever trouble my employee has caused for you, miss. If there's anything I or the Japan branch of Frostfire Industries can do for you as a means of compensation, do say."

Already she could feel that something was amiss about the way this universe's Frostfires handled things. Either that or it was just this particular man, she couldn't say.
"I would rather you worked on compensating those who have lost things through property damage or cover medical expenses for the injured. There's no need to compensate for someone... who doesn't exist," Aisia quietly said.

She slowly moved towards Haken when she stopped for a moment, as if remembering something. "Oh, and please tell Selene-chan that I said hi for me, and that I'm glad to see she got out okay."
After addressing the pair with a quiet bow, Aisia approached Haken and, well... you tell me how strange and anticlimactic it seems when a loli who just disabled a fairly sophisticated piece of machinery tries to pull her drunk partner away fom the scene. Especially when said partner was almost three times as large and dancing to The Monkey like a typical drunken idiot.

"Uh... boss?" The research worker who accompanied the director on the scene was at an utter loss of words as she looked at Haken who was dancing and swinging around a pair of wrenches like nunchucks as if he were acting in some parody of a Bruce Lee film directed by Jackie Chan. The director couldn't help but chuckle nervously; hell, even a few of the soldiers and police officers present on the scene could barely contain their laughter.

"I would rather you worked on compensating those who have lost things through property damage or cover medical expenses for the injured. There's no need to compensate for someone... who doesn't exist," Aisia replied quietly, at which the director nodded.

"Of course, we shall bear responsibilities for this incident," the businessman replied as he took out his cellphone and began calling someone up; while he waited for the other person on the line he began giving instructions for the salvage crews on the scene as they got down to work on disassembling what was left of the robot to be taken back to their nearby industrial facility.

Deciding that it was time to leave the scene, Aisia approached Haken who was still doing his dance to The Monkey. Although before that she addressed the director one last time, "Oh, and please tell Selene-chan that I said hi for me, and that I'm glad to see she got out okay." Aisia bowed politely after speaking her piece, before turning her attention back to the drunk mechanic.

The director spluttered, "S... Selene Frostfire!?" His eyes widening with disbelief. "I didn't know you were friends with the Chairman's daughter!" He exclaimed incredulously; he didn't know that this girl was someone important and for a moment he just stood there agape with disbelief as Aisia tried to drag a drunk Haken away from the scene.

Try and try as she might, moving Haken was not easy. He just continued to dance and eventually shifted into another song. "DANGER DANGER! HIGH VOLTAGE!" he belted, now shifting into a horse-stance and doing some neo-disco moves. Since he wasn't exerting any of his "Heat" now he was back to being a normal drunk, so the alcohol remained in his system, and considering how many jugs of sake it took him to get this far, it'd be a looooong time before he even calmed down.

"... Oh come the hell on!" Aisia groaned when he refused to move the way she wanted him to. In fact, it was rather comical, as trying to pull him away by the arm just made him swing her around with it.
"... Come on, I REALLY don't want to have to-"

"S... Selene Frostfire!? I didn't know you were friends with the Chairman's daughter!" the man gasped in disbelief.
That got Aisia's attention. She only said that to see what kind of reaction he would give; had he answered any differently, that would have indicated that this universe's Frostfires did not have a Selene. Obviously that was not the case here.
Still, she had her doubts; his reaction only indicated that there was a Selene, not the Selene from Hyakuji. This Selene might just be an Alternate Universe version of her, after all.

"... You could say that," was her noncommittal answer to his incredulous response. "I still remember the park incident. She was very helpful back then."

Aisia continued to struggle with Haken, and she was too stubborn to admit that there was no way she could take him with her without some extra effort, said effort involving a little bit of teleportation.

"... You could say that," Came Aisia's response to the director's stunned reaction towards the revelation that she knew Selene Frostfire, the daughter of the company's chairman. Although of course, the man had no idea that Aisia was not native to this universe, and the Selene Frostfire she knew was not the same person as the one that existed in this universe.

"I still remember the park incident. She was very helpful back then." Aisia continued before turning her attention back to Haken, trying without much success to drag him away, who had by then changed the song he was dancing to.

"DANGER DANGER! HIGH VOLTAGE!" The drunk mechanic belted as he changed his stance and began breaking out what appeared to be neo-disco moves.

The director scratched his head at Aisia's mention of the park incident; granted he had no idea what goes on in the corporate heiress' private life, but this was something he'd be sure to talk to her about should he meet up with the boss' daughter, Selene.

"..."

That sort of settled it. Either he forgot about the incident, or he was new to the company... or the Selene he knew in this universe never had to deal with the PR nightmare that was simply known to the Strike Rangers as "the Doki Doki Land Incident".

And at this point, Aisia knew it was most likely the latter.
"Well, I'm afraid I cannot stay much longer. My friend and I have some business to attend to, and we are both searching-WILL YOU HOLD STILL FOR ONE FREAKING SECOND!? FOR GOD'S SAKE, I'M SMALLER THAN YOU!"

... So much for any kind of seriousness with regards to dealing with this universe's Frostfires. It would have to wait until Haken finally sobered up.
"Anyway... until then..."
With that, Aisia decided to just go ahead and teleport the pair away from the scene. The pink magical circle burst into a pillar of light that enveloped both of them before disappearing. Where they went, nobody knew.

But for now, that was allright.
