A giant walking arse with tentacles? Yep, I'd be scared too.
Around the wasteland, it's known as Rosebud...

Never mind your Arse face mutant thing. We were scaving down by some toxic waste pools and the giant slimey booger thing crawled out. The Geiger counter went nuts. Me and old Dawige pumped shot after shot into it, but it was like shooting mud. A great hole would appear and then be filled with slime. It just kept coming. There was no way we were gonna hang about to become lunch...

This is a kids toy I got in a sale (Gomati?). It was a daft pink colour and there was no way my wastelands was going to be haunted by a dripping blamange mutant. So I turned it into one of Dawgies wasteland nightmares - a giant booger man! :D

First an arse monster, now the creature from the black nostril. :D The day someone builds a toilet roll launcher, this guy's going down.

Cool use for a kid's toy, and I like your toxic/snotty repaint. Is this from the same set as the tree man you posted before?

Thanks! Toilet roll launcher! I liked painting this one as I was pushing for slimey looking.

Its from the same line, but not the same set. I saw a pack of 6 for 2.99. I had to have it, there may be more mutants coming this way when I can be bothered painting them.

That walking sludge puddle is great. I absolutely love it and I'm looking forward to seeing more of these mutant monstrosities!

And Danny know too he can use that figure for a scenario of "Creature from the Sump"... Maybe a variation of Xander's "Thing" mini campaign... Instead of the frozen north, the creature rises from the underground of some secret laboratory.

That "thing" is a Gormiti Incandescent Phantom. Don't bother checking eBay right now, you'll be paying at least twenty bucks plus most of that again in shipping. I'm gonna check out my local toy stores in a couple of days and see what comes up. Seems like that whole line might be worth mining for some goodies. They're not all winners, but can't hurt to check!

Yeah - some of them suck. But the Treeman is form the same line. If you are in the UK try Home and Bargain - I got a 6 figure starter pack for £2.99. Plus you can see them in the packaging. Dont buy the solo packs as you are taking a lucky dip on what figure you get.

I have at least two others that will make good mutants. But they will need some conversion.

If you head north in the Brittannia wastes eventually you will reach the Blue Skin Hills (if you live that long). These are the boundary in between the Brittanna Wastes and Pictsie Land. Many strange mutant beasts live there not to mention the fearsome tribals.

Then there are there horrific beasts - called Haggis by the Pictise Tribesmen.

These critters will eat anything but love fresh meat (ie you!). They lurk in the forests and rad heather and then charge the intended victim. Although solitary they will hunt in packs if the game smells large enough. Beware strolling in Pictsie land.

The minis are black hat Wild Haggis.

Ya LIKE eating Haggis? I'll eat almost anything but a few things... Haggis, Tongue, Tripe, Blood Soup, and Mountain Oysters. If'n ya don't tell me what it is maybe I would try it and like it, but it just doesn't sound like something I'd eat. And no, I do not what to know what parts of a cow or old mobsters that goes into a hotdog!

It would make a great movie LW. Fozzy the Axe Murderer! :D

And now......More Dungers!

Posted Image
I like the Dungers. They make great wasteland critters. A sort of part human wild boar. This little lot are Ramshackle's Dunger Character pack.

Posted Image
They will add a little variety to my herd. The three characters (one with luggage, one with a cyber eye and the one with the metal mush) will probably be used as pets/beast of burden/guard critter for various characters.

Posted Image
A better shot of the one with the metal mush. I think it would be scary to have this thing chasing you!
