Well term Workshop used loosely.

A modded ork trukk with a turbo engine instead of the silly looking heavy supercharger on top. Cannon from a model ship fittings pack.

The end result.

GW vs Ramshackle vehicles.

Here is a comparison of several game scaled vehicles.
A Ramshackle quad, very old Ork halftrack bike, new ork trukk, Ground Zero/Eureka paladin wheeled AFV and Tau APC.
The little red thing is, well, a properly 1/60 scale car.

I like the ramshackle stuff.... and the Huntsman is HUGE!!

HEy great! Nice to see some remahsackle stuff glued together. I have to echo the others here in that Im waiting for the painted versions!

A quick tip to get better photographs is if you put the subject on a blank background the camera finds it easier to focus on the model instead of the detritus scattered around....also the images are clearer. Anythign will work, even putting them on a blanket.

Yes, I shall have to try that when I get some better lights.
I have some background pages from Unclephil at the Forum of Doom he recommends.

Meantime:

A hickmobile and two Fastlane trucks I got from Toysrus for a tenner each.

You can't see much of the orange truck here but you can see the mesh to catch larger, slower projectiles like arrows over the drive wheels, made from copier charge grids.
Posted Image
I may as well leave the skip trucks unloading mech intact as it will be easier for the goons to get out if the skip is unloaded first. You can see I have pimped the Hickmobile with a potti on the tail, made from what may be a warship canvas-covered fire director turret, which makes fuel by means of a device under it. I also didn't have anyone to drive so I covered the cockpit in something else canvas-looking that may have been on a warship, or truck, or something.

I have both of them trucks! :D Interesting to see what you are doing with the Bin Truck. Very different take to mine. I will have to get pics up soon.

I have not started my Ramshackle vehicles yet. Although I have a buggy and trike I have had for a while. I should get pics of them. When I get a miniute. :D :D

Cool! Love the trucks the most though, I can see a rusted waste truck ploughing it's way through road warrior buggies and barricades!

Got to thinking I would actually like the Ork Warbikie set from GW, but one would end up a tracked trike; however it ended up more like a trakk than a trike.

This odd steam thingy needs a little more work:

I reckon you need to pop a gunner on the back, that big flat surface just begs for it.

That other one is an odd steamy thing indeed!

Or maybe just 3 guys riding shotgun?

I may go that route should I find something to stop them falling off.

The odd steam thing might be something dwarven from Grenadier or Ral Partha....

As for the trike - the guys riding shotgun would be cool, but would probably have to be glued...

Its an interesting looking machine. What are the tracks? I am guessing here but the big circular things on the sides look like stand off insulation washers.

1 Ramshackle Boneyard truck tracks.
2 Decurling rollers from the KM bizhub 250 copier which must be removed when you install the sorter/finisher module.

PS OOPS! I pressed the report button by mistake!
