I don't think I have any of it finished with mesh on the windscreen..

so some more WIP shots

Coupla was based on a 15mm figure base from Old Crow.. with lots of GS/BS added to get the shape and hold the 50 cal which was from TAG, with a trimmed tripod

Damn I keep forgetting they're 15mm.....

Had to mention (as I've dropped in here to admire these a couple of times now), I love the white door on the grey car, and the open engine! Bloody lovely!!

Ditto!

I love the graffitti and paint job on the red one too - and its exhausts. Nice work. The 50cal looks top notch.

Are these cars kits Bungle?

No not kits.

I drilled out the rivets on the bottom with a 14v cordless and 2.5mm bit...

drilled out holes in the bonnet with the same bit and drill, drilled some smaller holes in the windscreen to fit guns but decided against it, and made the coupla up instead to look "Army Surplus"

the other car is this:

JL Foose car Monte Carlo with the wheels ripped off and replaced by "normal" looking wheels rather than low profile. Sprayed with Matt varnish, mud splashed, bonnet removed, made to look a bit of a scrapper and engine bay dirtied up.

really quick, it was done as scenery

Damn I kept telling myself "it's all 15mm" just so I wouldn't feel bad that I haven't been able to find a 28mm version of the Hudson Hornet..... :D

The difference between your rad car and my version is that mine is shorter and fatter in a cartoony way.

Still here is my wasteland cruiser

Hey Bungle those skyline reflections in the windows are totally fantastic. Great effect.

The skies are a bit too blue though, dont you think that it will always be overcast or at least burning red skies in the post apoc dystopia?! Haha!
