The Jon Shannow Series are a good Post Apoc fantasy series.

The worlds axis tips and what was the Atlantic ocean is now dry land. Most of Northern Europe is now under the polar ice caps.

There are three books Wolf in Shadow, The Last Guardian and Bloodstone and they are set 300 years after the apocalypse. Mankind has reached the 1800's technology wise. Forget Mad Max as this is Cowboy Post Apocalypitca! The world is filled with strange metal ruins (old ship wrecks), giant skeletons (whales) and ancient ruined cities (the lost lands of Atlantis).

Jon Shannow is a haunted man who beleives in the old god and seeks the lost city of Jerusalem. The books are cleverly written full of twists, mutants, magic and good old fashioned mindless violence.

Worth a read. :D

I have pinched the "Hellborn" idea from the books - they are the satanic bad guys - who think they are the good guys. :ermm: All I need to do is find some (enough) weapons and get converting various barbarian minis and GW Chaos Marauders. :D
