I use industrial (front line assembly, etc) for cyber punk stuff, tribal african drumming coupled with jazz for colonial/pulp, 60's/70's rock (Thin lizzy, Led Zep., etc) for my moderns, darkwave/operatic rock/power metal for 'crazy weirdness' of the WH40K style or the more dramatic fantasy settings. I guess PA for me is 'dusty road' music of the Bruce Springstien, Semisonic, bon jovi, jon Mellancmap style. I guess they are just memories from a bygone age, or something. The fallout sound tracks (sorry Danny - I never did end you those copies did I :() are avilable to download from no mutants allowed, and i'd highly recommend those for other good PA mood music.

	Give me an empathic conjoined twin in my gut or a hive of mutant wasps living in my hunchback...mutant gaming bliss.

I have notice quite a few songs that are approriate for games. Just to set the atmosphere. However I do like alot of the noisy stuff. Motorhead, Cradle of Filth (before they sold out), Ms Annathopik, Distillers, My Ruin, Type O Negative, Ramnstien and so on.

Ghoul Posts: 13 Group: Members Member #26 Joined: Aug 5, 2008	The game room is set up with an 8-track player so we usually listen to whatever is warbling across in the ever shrinking 8 track collection. They just wear out and well, not much can be done about it. It's just a crap shoot kind of and it seems Rodney Dangerfield gets a lot of play.

Also for more automotive thoughts Metallica, The Blessed Outlaws, Rammstein, a little AFI and Big Electric Cat. Other levels of atmosphere can come come from Vernian Process.
