I still need to weather it and stuff, but it's basically done. I need to paint up 100 zombies before I leave for holiday so after this car and a first draft mockup of the next Renegade project.

I'll be with the Missus in a couple of weeks and this is a game I'm using to ease her way into playing games :O, so I need some more painted up to get it going. I've been using Army Painter and their 'dip'. It's basically floor varnish, but it works great for getting details. I used it on this car too, it's why it's so shiny... But I have my next car (Renegade) pre-mocked up, and it's a double decker! >;)

I spray them the rotting flesh color, paint up their bits, maybe 3-4 colors each, and I do it assembly line style by color. Then I brush on the 'Dip' which also serves as another layer of protection for the paint on soft plastic. It takes, with 20 - 36 hours dry time after 'dip', a week to do 100 zombies. Most of that waiting time. So I can do other stuff in between, I rally like the game with the painted figs, I'll take pictures when I play again.
