I wish I could take credit for this one; sadly I can't. I found the link to this blog over on Lead Adventures and knew I just had to share it. The creator is 3T-Studios, and these are some of the most beautiful pieces I've seen, and the tutorial is excellent.

They put the 5 piece set shown in the pic above on e-bay, and some one is willing to pay $176 (that includes shipping) for it! They are good, not sure $176 good, though.
