First project after over a year of personal struggles (which I will not go into detail as this is not the thread nor the place to discuss) and getting my bearings back by building this little beauty which I dubbed the Phoenix. Armnament: -Jet Turbine Engine booster -Scrap metal armour plating -Twin MG mounts -Dual Pod Rocket Launcher Rig -Smoke Launcher Pods -Nitro Tank -Reinforced, Spiked Tires -Reinforced, Spiked Triad-Ram Edited by HVNSNTSOLDIER, Feb 1 2012, 02:31 AM.

Needed to let loose some projects and artistic build-up, and after watching Mad Max the other day, that was it. I HAD to build something. More armor plating has been added to both sides with plasticard, along with oil tanks and nitro tanks to the stowage areas around the jet turbine engine. As soon as I get a hold of some granny-grating to do the front windshield and side window on the driver's side, it'll be ready for the basecoat.

Coldheart Posts: 595 Group: Members Member #155 Joined: Feb 25, 2010	Finally got the granny grating, the windows should be done by tonight and the car itself ready for priming by tomorrow afternoon. Then its off to paint it. Im thinking of all black with a few highlights of German Gray (FOW color) and a few flames up the sides with a hand-painted phoenix on the hood. Everything else (weapons, ram, stowage) will be done in rusted boltgun metal with a hint or two of blood on the ram and splashes of colour to make specific details pop. Pleased to announce that I have percured another vehicle with plans to make it into an APC style transport. And to keep you all guessing, here's a small clue: This is someone's first vehicle after they get their license on That 70's Show.
