Its no the absorption that the problem, its the fact they only last 2 to 3 hours, gah! Anyhow...  Halloweeners A street gang that likes to hide behind their scary masks as they pull jobs.  Cerberus Forces Cerberus is one of the several Megacorps that rules NewPort from the "shadows", and while they mainly deal in weapons and armor, their company motto is "Human advancement by any means." As a result, Cerberus R&D labs are set up throughout the city and the wastes, each handling their own projects, from cybernetics, to weapons, to transport, to mutation and gene splicing. They are most intreasted in capturing and experimenting on the mutant "paths" and rumors persist that it was due to Cerberus that the Torgs where created.  Sisters Grimm The Sister's Grimm have become one of the most popular 'underground' rock bands in NewPort City, with their fan base and songs coming from and being used by various anti government and anti mega corp groups in the city, its little wonder their music and concerts are officially banned, though this doesn't stop them from playing.
