Picked it up from the post office today . My first attempt at assembling a model in about 25-30 years I reckon . It wasn't as difficult as I feared but I had to "cut corners" at a few places because I lacked the necessary tools (drill for instance), also I could've done with an assembly instruction. But I guess a man should be able to figure these things out...Anyway, currently I'm waiting for the basecoat to dry and might be able to get it painted sometime during the week. Suggestions for a wintercamouflage pattern would be welcome(don't really want to just paint everything white...). You could build it in three different versions, open jeep, hardtop or assault vehicle. I wanted the assault version of course, comes with a HMG .

Cool looking model. You did a great job. How about a green paint job, with White wash over the top? It can be worn like you see on WW2 era soviet tanks. If these are enclave vehicles then you can keep it in enclave colours with whitewash. |
