As some may have heard i have been working with my kids to make minis to represent them on the table top for post apoc games well here they are assembled and a pic of the sample Curtis from ramshackle sent me this week for the armored bear with one of his bike riders instead of Ursa Major. The bear is a miscast but i feel it puts finecast resin to shame. please tell me what you think.

Looks cool. Really like the raiders. Bear looks fine to me. Can't really comment as I have never really seen any resin stuff in the flesh. An Finecast I have heard the rumour but again not seen it myself to expensive!

The kids characters look like a wicked bunch of wastelanders, good stuff!

The misscast doesn't look all that misscast from that pic. I imagine a few extra plates'd hide whatever's missing/faulty.

Ahhh, the ol Em-4 plastics. Good stuff! Nice conversions, great looking bunch! I've not had my hands on the fine cast stuff either-WAY too expensive esp. when there are metal versions of most available way cheaper used. I dont care for the thin resin stuff, it feels delicate.Gaming can be rough on figs. A little green stuff and the bear will be as good as new.Damn my Ramshackle stuff should be here next week. Metal gets miscast as well and is not near as easy to fix.Based and cleaned a bunch last night and I've noticed Reaper is getting a little sloppy lately.Miss aligned mold that runs through the face-oh man! What a mess.

Reckon that's the worse possible location to get a cast line.

Hell ya, I always groan with a face mold line,so easy to mess up.Even a light one can be trouble. On this misscast one I'm going to have to just give him chubby checks with some green stuff cause there is no way I can remove it.

That mat isn't a muti-piece is it? What did ya do take it to a Print Shop?? Either way, it looks good.

It is multi pieced its a seamless repeating pattern I can add as many tiles as I want notice the white edges on bottom and right side that is where the next piece would get pasted.I use glue stick and slide piece into place until pattern matches would you like a video when I start the next one
