Atlest folks can get the general idea! Wyrm (beast or behemoth) [Grenadier?] Generic Hero [Hasslefree] Bishop and a saint-to-be; probably for the Romano-british (Cleric) [Westwind and WI giveaway] Suebi mighty chieftain (Hero) [Warlord & Foundry... and I know he's a dacian, I just like the figure!) Suebi Warriors (Warband) [Foundry - later style shields, so they fit a bit better with the rest of the forces; I'm saving the oddly shaped celtic shields for use with some vaguely fantasy celts] Suebi hunters (shooters) [Foundry] Suebi army so far Migration Era Saxons/Angles/Jutes/Frisians awaiting paint....

The ancient germans are pretty much a 'full' force (especially if I field the black-shield Irish as mercenaries), and the Early saxons are making progress (aiming to finish them before the next batch arrives at Christmas)... when they are done, that'll be two armies, so I can actually get a game in

Damn, guys, if we lived closer together, I'd have to break out my HoTT stuff (get it, HOT STUFF???? Gad, I kill me!!!) I have Vikings (quite a surprise there, huh?), and an "Excalibur"-style Arthurian Army set up for Hott.

One of the helmets is about 250 years past it's general use date, and not sure about the saxon woman wearing her cloak like that.... but apart from that it's all good )
