In honour of our 3rd birthday, and in honour of the fact that for 3 years I've done SFA in regards to PA modeling, I'm going to to make some scenery. Simple huh?

On a long and lonely highway... in the middle of no where, a small group of settlers have set up a farm community using what little they can scrounge up. Oh, why "Fudge Farm?" Simply 'cause it sounded amusing, and the farm's built near an old billboard advertising fudge.

So I set up some basics using what I've already made, but I intend to make most of this scenery "set" from scratch, just so I've got more to choose from. more MORE MORE!! MORE!!!!!!!

An hour of plotting and planning later....

So I'm going to "Ross" it, but I'm basing alot from Wolfhorn Ranch from New Vegas. More later......

Nice board. I should get a few nocked up some day. What size is it?

Great start and I love the name. Fudge Farm, is that where they do the Fudge Packing? Will we see the Cult Of The Purple Helmet rolling up eager to pack some fudge?

Hmmm a fudge packing house......

The table (not all shown) is 6 1/2 x 4 1/2.... or there abouts. The boards flip with green on the other side.

Well, I got the bases for the fences bevelled, but duty called and I mowed the lawns....

I did however clean up some parts I intend to use for detailing while watching Price of Persia.....

Well as always I will be interested to see what comes of this (boobs?).

Personally I went though a phase of watching xfiles while painting, the tried playing Reach while painting and that didn't really work..

Got inspired (mainly 'cause I had time to get into it...):

WIP of the Fudge Farm planter plots (and a dung heap, good for the plants!):

Just have the side stakes, dirt/plants then they're ready for paint job.

The smith/workshop taking form:

Still going to add more shelves, piles of scrap metal, maybe a bicycle hanging from the wall...

And the metal shelving with crud (keeping it seperate until it's painted for obvious reasons):

Now I just need another weekend off to keep it going!
