+++Guardian Report - Date 30 May 50PA++
+++Trog Mutants information bulletin+++

Recent reports from Brother Desertrat of a new type of mutant in the Wastelands known as "Trogs" have been further investigated. DNA samples of a dead Trog has been taken and analysed.

It seems that these are not Mutants as we first thought but Genetically Engineered Life Forms known as ORCS. Please see the old world data we have found...

"O.R.C.S. (Organic, Reproducing Combat System)

The end result of a biological warfare experiment that went bad – very, very, VERY bad! O.R.C.S. are now a scourge on the galaxy, having multiplied exponentially since the escape of the original subjects from the biological warfare facility on Deneb IV.

Resourceful, dangerously intelligent survivors, O.R.C.S. are also highly aggressive, xenophobic, and possessed of a reckless courage only a weapons lab could produce by deliberately minimizing the survival instinct of the individual while intensifying the drive to see the group survive and triumph over adversaries.

Inveterate tinkerers, O.R.C.S. can improvise weapons and equipment of every sort short of a starship (they simply steal these), and often of heavier calibers and throw weight than a human without powered armour can hope to match.

As they are asexual, and produce two litters of "pups" annually that reach physical maturity within three years, and are physically autonomous within two weeks of birth, O.R.C.S. are a dreadful menace should they infest a planetary surface."

It seems that these are survivors of the great war when they were employed as warriors. If anything our tests show that the Trogs are naturally robust to the rigours of our ruined world.

Other field operatives have reported activity of Trogs in several locations on the planet. They seem to form Tribes with their own styles and traditions.

The Red Sunz Tribe are located out in the Eastern Wastes. They have taken the name of the Corporation that brought them to our world. They have sworn to destroy the Corporation if it has survived.

Blue Skullz Tribe live in the Blue Skin Mountains in the Pictsie lands in the Northern Brittannia Wastes. They raid the Pictsie Tribals who raid them back. It seems that there is some sort of sport between the two cultures with rules and regulations. It is thought that the Trogz are copying the Tribal's tattoos and war paint. Brittannia patrols and raiders are sorry to cross into these lands as the Blue Skullz like to team up with the Pictsies to fight off invaders.

The Goffz Tribe live on the borders of the Neo Sov Wastes and are in constant conflict with there armed forces.

The Battle Axes are reported to live in the great western deserts on the southern end of the continent. They are a constant bane to New Eden who they like to raid. Our field agent has confirmed that he thinks they have stopped the Enclave warmachine from trying to dominate the wastelands.

There are more tribes across the world. We are awaiting information of some Trogs rumoured to work as Mercenaries for the Sun and Moon armies. It is also possible that there is more Trog tribes on the world. As such this report will be updated when we have more information."

Danny,

Even though these are "Nazi" Trogs they won't be rubbing elbows with the Ayrian Brotherhood because they are mutants correct? Or, will ya be allowing them to be used as a mercenary Sub-Human servants?

They look good and I want closer shots too!

Edited for clarity...

Ah I forgot to edit them. Will give it a whirl later when I have the final few photographed.

The Trogz only wear that stuff because they think it looks cool. Despite hating everything that isnt Trog they dont understand Nazi concepts and think they are a little nuts. Why waste all that time picking on the weaker when they could be having good old rumbles against enemies worth fighting?

Aryanrieche think that they are mutants and would happily try to wipe them out. They are also irked at the Trogs taking the pee out of their uniforms! :D

Dawgie,

I call my Orks... Kro (pronounced Crow) Warriors. I know not a lot of thought, but I think effective enough for me. That will of course mean Torgs are the Grots

Orks have to one of GW's better creations as they are about one thing only, fighting! The fluff stops them from being taken too seriously. Back in the Rogue Trader days they were a over looked force. I used to regularly beat much higher points forces of space marines. Mind you most sm players back then just lined them up and charged forwards into the Ork bolters. The only time I was beaten was when my mate fielded a (the then brand new model from GW) predator. :D

LOL!

MAN, my original tongue in cheek looking KEV ADAM 40K SPACE ORKZ, used to regularly beat snot out of the various SPACE MARINE chapters most of the guys in DFW METROPLEX area bought and fielded!

DITTO for MIKE MILLER's.

HE and i were the only guys to buy and regularly fight with DA BOYZ in norther TEXAS for many years. we both owned beakie SM (he was into metal i loved the plastic beakies), but, it was DA BOYZ that kicked ass on a regular basis.

THE BROTHERS FUQUA were SM fanatics; STEVE was a DARK ANGEL, and RICHARD was a BLOOD ANGEL. DA BOYZ killed soooo many of them for sooo many years that i started collected plastic beakie SM helmets in those chapter colors and hanging them on individual boyz and poles as "fierce face souveniers".

THIS freaked out SM gamers soooo badly, that i went on to add SM beakie and SM pug nosed helmets in various chapter colors onto various boyz and poles to commemorate each victory.

MY KANZ MK I had so many SM helmets decorating them that they looked like they were having a SM surplus sale (each helmet represented one dead SM dreadnought).

YAR got my butt whipped by those damned SPACE MARINE PREDATORS too, until i got fed up with being intimidated by them, and DID THE ORKY THING (a mad dash toward them, close with them and then shower them with krak grenades). pretty soon the PREDATORs were hanging back at long range and exhanging lurv tapz wiff me kans.

DA KANZ MK I were painted up in brilliant shades of metallic paint that reflected the name painted on each base: BLU BOY, DA GREEN MEANIE, DA POIPUL HAWAH, BIG RED, and OLE YALLER. i also added ORKY versions of staring eyes, gaping maws, pointy fangs, etc, on them, too. the sight of them made more than one SM player drizzle down his pants legs (psychologically speaking). . .

THEN when the ORK KLANZ arrived i bought some of them to add to the mix, some of the better armored armed nobs, and everyone one of the ORK SYKO leads. my favorite weirdboy was the one that two minderz were holding and pointing like a lving gun. still have him, actually.

I lurved DA BOYZ, even went out bought a number of BLOOD BOWL ORK cheerleaders to include in the retinue of the dreaded warlord BULG.

LOL! that drove the non ORKY players up the wall! i used to shuffle about along side my table edge chanting BOOM SHAKKA LAKKA! BOOM SHAKKA LAKKA! BOOM SHAKKA LAKKA! while i was tossing dice or waiting my turn to toss dice.

USING DA BOYZ was just a matter of tossing every dice i could every turn, and waging psychological warfare on all fronts against DA HUMIEZ, DA FINGZ, DA BUGZ, DA PANZIEZ, DA STUNTIEZ, who ever showed up to fight!

I really got into being green!

Yeah back when orcs were fun with the old lifta-droppers, pulsa rockets, shokk attack guns with the different tables for different targets, pages upon pages of mad boyz psychosis, goff rockers, orc/tyrannid hybrids, khorneorks

Good to the the old boyz pulled out of obscurity and become a fighting force again :)
