I have decided to keep all my minis in one thread for now. All my older factions will be updated when I get stuff done for them. But for now the newer ones will live here. ![]() "Arrghh! A Death Gob!" MBW had its fair share of alien Saurians brought to the world as food and zoo exhibits. The apocalypse didn't seem to effect them much. The Deathgob is a large Saurian that hunts alone. It is deadly if encountered alone. Found across the world especially in the Glowing Wastes, Mojo Wastes, Skrap Deserts, MattBack Hellzone, Crater Lands, Ash Wastes and Eastern Wastelands. The model is a based kids toy (2 for a £1). The paint was left as is as it looks pretty okay. ![]() "Run a Threehorn!" Another Saurian. These are normally herbivorous and only attack when threatened or around nesting time. They are usually left alone as they are heavily armoured and decent ordinance is needed to take them down. Make occasionally be found grazing with Dunger herds. ![]() "My Name is Eagle Head!" Eaglehead is a mutant leader and Shaman form the settlement of Mutantchester in the Brittannia Wastes. The figure is a repainted kids toy (once again I cannot remember what range - sorry). There will be more mutants from my collection as time goes on...they are out there! Vault Tek - Vault 999 was populated with Doctors,Nurses, Teachers, Engineers and other humanitarians (and a few hippies too). During their time underground they decided that to help humanity re-build their destroyed world they would need medicine, teaching and help. They formed the Matt Black Healers - otherwise known as the Matt Black Cross. When the vault opened in the Glowing Wastes they set up a hospital above it. The vault was used to make medicines and other items wastelanders would need. They set up teams to wander the wastes teaching and helping. Each team had a Surgeon, A Medic, 2 nurses, a survivalist and engineer. They also had some guards. Plenty of Mercs where willing to work for low wages because the health care was so good. The faction attracted hordes of people wanting to learn. The wandering teams also pick up people out in the Wastes who like the life style. Today the Matt Black Healers are spread across most of the wastelands. Their knowledge, skills and teaching has saved countless lives. It is one of the few factions that isn't obsessed with fighting, killing and war. Here we see Doctor Sui Lee showing that she doesn't need weapons...she is full trained in old off world martial arts. ![]() ![]() ![]() Sui Lee is a old Clix figure I repainted to look like a vaultie with a docs coat on. Here we have another random Wastelander ![]() It was a horror clix figure with a head swap, a new arm, a rebase and a touch up! Edited by mattblackgod, Oct 6 2017, 09:33 PM.

I have pooled together some minis for some Tunnel Cannibals! ![]() These guys live near settlements and raid graveyards at night. Dont wander into their lair. Of course I had to copy Carrakon and create my own half starved Canni hunters. ![]() These guys raid towns and convoys in the wastes. Converted GW Zeds - I hope Carrakon doesn't mind that I knicked his idea!

Queen of Brittannia Bunker City has just ordered a new decree that all "mutantkind" fit for service (not anything too weird or dribbly) within Brittannia's territories are to be signed up for active duties. To the high command this means bullet/huge dribbly beast fodder....![]() Here we see the first squad of eager mutie men marching off to serve in the cities various defence companies. Little do they know! Of course Lord Blackdagger will be getting some "reservists" too! ![]() I can hear him sighing "Oh no - not more Baldricks!!" These where some space goblin minis I have had for ages. Time for some of them to serve in the front line. The ones for Blackdaggars Co have had 1/32 WW2 US marine helmets added and one got the good old Tommy pie dish. Edited by mattblackgod, Oct 6 2017, 09:34 PM.

Smaller Saurians were kept as cattle on MBW before the end. Some of them are still around such as the Tasteslikechickenasurus! ![]() This was a cheap bright yellow horrible dinosaur toy. I rebased it and painted it a horrible brown. When wandering the ruins and wastes keep an eye open for the Flyingfing. These mutants screech and swoop at wastelanders causing nasty claw injuries. ![]() No idea what this was - it was part of some odd skeleton dragon play set I found cheap years ago. Dr Dick Burn from the Matt Black Healers![]() ![]() The good Doctor has travelled from the Glowing Wastes to the Liberty Wastes to set up a new Chapter of the Matt Black Healers in the Nu Manhatten Ruins. He has named it "Friendship". I wonder how long it will last? The only good thing is that it is set up on the edge of the Neutral Mile which is a Nogo for weapons and gang feuds. The gangs use it as a place to trade and as such a uneasy truce reigns with all sides ruthlessly enforcing any actions. So there may be chance that the Chapter may survive. Maybe. Dr Dick Burn is a Heroscape figure. Sgt Katillina Lushkinpov... ![]() The Sgt is a famous hero of the Neo Sov Empire. She single handedly protected Castro Station from a Mutant Swarm with her Machine Gun. When it ran empty the Sgt lept the barricades and started attacking with her sword. She broke the back of the invading swarm and was found near unconsciousness from blood loss among the mutant carcasses. Sgt Katillina Lushkinpov is a Urban Mammoth Vasa figure. Meet (L-R) Lista and Rimmer of the Wasteland Transport Co. ![]() The Wasteland Transport Co is essentially a Bus Service that runs from place to place in the wastelands. Well I say a service - but it may only run once a year! The vehicle the "Wasteland Bug" is a armoured truck with benches fitted. ![]() Lista started life as a orphan in the Town of Sequeena on the West Coast of the Brittannia Wastes. He is open minded and fairly laid back. Lista loves singing, Rad Beer and Nukacurry. Rimmer (nickname "smeghead") is a natural coward who was kicked out of the Brittannia armed forces for running away (he would have been shot but they ran out of ammo). He likes to pretend he was a officer but in reality he was a lowly grunt and a third rate one at that! Observers find it amazing that they can get anywhere as the pair constantly bicker and argue. "Rise up, Rebel! Throw off your shackles!" Is the call of the Manic Wasteland Preachers! These guys from the Nukeadonia mountains in the Brittannia Wastes all hail from the same village. They are radical revoutionaries and they wander the wastelands preaching Anarchy and telling folks to overthrow the local warlord or Bunker cities (they are wanted in several places). That said they are only too happy to lend a hand when the local authorities or raiders come to party. "Anarchy is a gift!!" ![]() L-R:- Shaun Mort, James Dean Bradford and Nicky Wireless. James Dean Bradford is the leader and never removes his face mask. He claims it makes him a "Wasteland Terrorist!" Shaun Mort is quick and a couple of sawn off pump action shotguns makes him dangerous at close range. Nicky Wireless likes to..ahem..cross dress. "I do not conform to conventional dress patterns!". What a rebel! Edited by mattblackgod, Oct 6 2017, 09:42 PM.

Some Tunnel Trash for various games.![]() These guys will be mixed in with my Raiders and bandits for tunnel games. They may also get used as random wastelanders. They would make nice town guards/militia. These guys are LAF Tunnel Cutthroats. Edited by mattblackgod, Oct 6 2017, 09:42 PM.

You have been busy. Loving Lister and Rimmer and hope they'll be joined by a cleaning droid and mutant cat man soon. The colourful punk would probably feel right at home in East London right now dressed like that. |

I was going to add Dreds to him but could be bothered. Glad someone picked up the Red Dwarf references. I have to find a cat figure, maybe one of the EM4 exotics would make a good cat? One thought for these guys is to find a "cat" mutant on their travels. I may also need to find a Kryten. I have a Kristine Kochanski mini on the paint table....
