Here are the two most important vehicles for my Cherry 2000 game at Bayou Wars.
The plane is a Piper Super Cub 1/48 kit. I painted over the clear windows since this is for wargaming. It was fun painting a plane that is so dirty. They escape in it twice.
The red car is, I believe, an old Grenadier casting. Unfortunately, the wheels were way too small for the car, so I added wheels from a Dollar Tree car. I had to slice the rear wheels to get them to fit. I cut the wheel halfway thru from back to front, and then did the same top to bottom. They actually use a hopped-up 1965 Mustang, but I couldn't find one in 1/48 or 1/43, so this will do.

I love the plane. Looks awesome and very useful por PA games to scape from Zombies or something.
Good work!

KEN, is that the same plane you used for the escape from the drug runners bush airfield when the 3rd-7th world police raided same at the urging of DEA in one of your drug wars scenarios?
