First up, we've got three Marauders on bikes. The riders are WFB Chaos Marauder torsos on recast GorkaMorka WarTrack rider legs and a mix of Marauder and Catachan arms. The bikes are 40K Ork War Bikes. The legs used to fit perfectly but to get the rider to reach the handlebars I had to lift them off the seat. Oh well.... a bit of greenstuff on their butts should solve that. The recast legs didn't turn out as well as I had hoped and need some serious work. Some filing and maybe some greenstuff shin/knee guards should pretty them up.

Next we have a pair of GorkaMorka War Buggies. About the only real modifications I did to these was the addition of the Ork glyphs, the spikes on the hubs (made from WFB Chaos spear heads), and the removal of the banner poles. The guns of Ork Big Shootas. Of the five War Buggy kits I have, only one had a weapons mount so I had to improvise. The mount on the first one is actually the wrecking ball arm from the truck (see below).

And finally, the Truck. No real modifactions here other than leaving off the wrecking ball and the boarding planks. I'm considering tracking down some more bed walls to enclose the rear. Painting this thing is going to be a bugger. Thankfully I had enough foresight to not glue the driver and gunner in place yet.

All-in-all I'm rather proud of myself... considering these are the first model vehicles I've ever built. :yahoo:

A "small" group for PA/Near-Future. I'm really more of a collector than a player. The accompanying foot soldiers are over in the Minis WIP.

The shoulder guards work well on the drivers/riders. They are WAY too big for the foot troops though.... despite the fact that the very same torso are used. Prolly has something to do with posture and positioning.

I've got an old Chaos bike that I was using the wheels for making molds from, Once that's done I'll build up a Wasteland bike ala Syko!

Damn, I've got a boat to build too... :good: I'll kill two birds at one time because, like MGB, a Landing Kraft was my concept!

I very simple system actually and it changes time to time with my experimentation. Generally I use a simple push mold method. The molding material that has been used the most is a product called Amazing Mold Putty. It is a two part material that when mixed into a ball will within an hour rubberize. I have also used Greenstuff, and Fimo for my molds.

For my casting materials I've used Fimo, Greenstuff, Hotglue, and Play-doh...
