The rust I did by scratching the model in loads of places then painted or stippled watered down brownish paint on it . I did this several times, adding more orange ito the brown. For the crusty rust effect I carefully poured super glue on the car then sprinkled very fine sand over the glue, when this was dry I painted the crusty rust like the other rust. ( To many uses of the word rust rust rust !!!! ) Cheers...

Good old digga truck from Gorkamorka.... Gorkamorka harpoon track converted for humans... Small scavenger trike with some heavy fire power, more to follow....
