Well heres what i got so far..................![]() They look kinda Orkish dont they?28mm Gangs of Mega City One minis for scale. ![]() I always base my terrain but i wanted these to go with any base mat i want to use.A small amount of warping happened as a result,see it?Damn! ![]() I have 3 done and 5 more of these puppys to go then i'm going to work on some different styles,some tents and other stuff you might find in a PA town.How about a Bath Hole where all the locals can enjoy a nice wash? This is what the shantys are based on.......![]() Four for a buck bowls from a dollar store that i picked up a few years ago. Soooooooooooooooooo what cha think? Brian |

Dude those are Sexy as hell!!! Totally great use of cheap bowls.I bet they are sturdy too.I'm not normally an advocate for no base but it definately works with that design,going to have to borrow that one.

oh wow, i REALLY like those. Are the tarp/cloth bits made from bits of old shirt? They dont seem too orkish to me, jsut a bit more sci-fi / future type of post apoc, or off world colony style like borderlands. |

Yea,the roofs are a old flannel shirt cut up,dipped in white glue and put in place. Thanks for the kind words guys,more to come soon. Brian |

Very cool looking Brian! They look very PA. Don't worry too much about the warping during a game no one should notice, if they do slightly slap 'em in the back help and tell 'em that's how you respond to offhand compliments. If the warping digs at ya too much just lay some loose debris around the edges of the buildings. |

I prefer unbased for it's versatility. If you'd based them, the edges of your base wouldn't sit flush on a textured surface either. Try not to worry about it, they look great. |
