Check out this new article in the Combat Zone chronicles on making bill boards. Combat zone billboards article Looks a interesting technique and I think I may be tempted to give this a go. I have plenty of old gift cards knocking about.

Some billboards do have catwalks on either side for maintaining/changing the signs. Some also have a row of lights across the top or along the outer edge of the catwalk for lighting the signs at night. Here is a similar article at TerraGenesis, albeit a bit more complex. |
