,Home Bargains has in a range of intersting toy cars TONKA TREAD SHIFTERS They are matchbox scale ( so good for 20mm figs) but have huge monster truck wheels which can be detached. the vehicles themselves all have roll bars and other added accessories which makes them useful as PA vehicles. thes roll cages are all detachable. the prices are 99p each or a twin pack at £1-99 Some of the larger vehicles such as the fire engine and garbage truck are actually £1-99 despite being priced at 99p. They are pretty nice! If they're matchbox scale I suppose the extra big wheels would be great for cutting off and using for 28mm scenery, £1 for four big wheels isn't bad and then there's all the roll cage stuff to play around with. Definitely going to get some of these. |
