Well, after months of collecting and painting little spaceships (and mostly twiddling my thumbs waiting to find the right date, time and combination of players) I was finally able to play Full Thrust. Here's a photo. Click here to read my thoughts on the game.

Nice minis and table. Good review. I must admit I like the FT system. It also inspired the Axles Alloys autocombat game.

I need a star mat! :'( Yours is beautiful and really adds to the game. I will be making my own in a flick paint around the place style! :D

Good to see the cheap plastic space ships in action.

Quote Radzone: "The best part about Full Thrust is that players are explicitly encouraged to use any miniatures they want to assemble their fleets. There's an established universe for the game, and the publisher sells miniatures to go with this setting, but it's not essential for the playing experience."

And that's why I love GZG and the rules they put out (SGII mainly)!

That looked like a blast man.
