Its all Mal's fault creating Paradise falls....he made me do it, honest!!! Yup - Mal has inspired me to create my own band of slavers. Tox one day found a bunker with some old tech in it (amoung other loot). One item was a strange baton. When he pushed the button on it produced a electric crackle. He whacked his friend with it and found he was shocked and unable to move. Tox tied him up and took off with all the loot. His shiny new shock baton has helped him set up a slavers gang. ![]() Tox - the leader of the Black Heart Slavers. Tox employs a Mutant freelancer called Rum. Rum claims that he can hunt and capture anything, human or beast. He wields a shock staff which he uses on his prey. ![]() Rum and Coke.... Coke is used to harass potential slaves and herds them into Rum's capture zone. ![]() The start of my Tox's Black Hearts slaver faction. I still need a place of operations for these guys. Any ideas? |

Looks like the start of something good here, and I like the slavers idea. You have been busy with a lot of new factions posted. |

Great work and nice back story. I guess this is another case of both of us being easily swayed by outside influences. My slavers will be lead by the Judge Dredd "Top Dog" mini, with support from Foundry's outlaw trash. Mostly I've just plotted how slavers will be seen in my setting. Most Cities and settlements have enacted laws that make the taking or selling of slaves illegal. Most of the laws make no mention of buying or owning slaves though. Basically, it just minimizes the amount of time slavers spend in cities and settlements as they are seen as unsavory types. It amounts to defacto legalization of slavery, but not slavers. I loosely based it on the way fireworks laws worked where I used to live. You could buy fireworks and possess them, but selling them or setting them off was illegal.

Heh i've barely gotten through the planning process of paradise falls yet Danny :p Its in the works, i've penciled it in once i've gotten the space pervets to a playable level... I want to do those first so I can retire my imperial fists, after all they were only designed to be a show army, I don't want to risk damage by playing them. |

THE LOCAL FIREWORKS LAWS! LOL! MAN they are among the most useless laws ever passed in the USA, and, i must admit, that i can see slavers and slaves kind falling through the "cracks" in a similiar manner in the rough and tumble "civilized communities" of the PA. officially no one wants to support slavers and slavery, so it is illegal to buy, sell or trade slaves, but, it is not necessarily illegal to own them, outside of the communities that make doing so illegal. . . TX and TN are both famous for their fireworks laws for just those reasons. excellent start ona band of villains that everyone will love to hate! DAWGIE |

Henchies and the rest of the gang to follow Ross. In my setting the Slavers are tolerated in Brittannia city but selling of the slaves is frowned upon. Liberty city, the guardians, Laird, Vali's Fortress and Freedomvillie slavers and slavery is not tolerated. Liberty city and Vali's Fortress both make a point of capturing the slavers and punishing them. They also free the slaves too. Garbage, Wasteland Construction Company, Wasteland Confederacy, Biker, Copperhead and Neo Sov do not approve of slavery but tolerate the slavers as long as they behave. They may on occasion use slaves, although many of these places keep them on a "work yourself to freedom" scheme. Nu Sodom City (NSC), Araynrieche, Scav City and many smaller settlements make use of slave power. NSC finds slaves within its own city limits in its many seedy dens but are not opposed to buying them. Strangely enough although slavery is frowned upon, many places make criminals do hard time working in various rolls. Thats if the criminals are lucky enough not to be executed. |

You asked for them....you got them....More Slavers!! ![]() Bad Boris is one of Tox's Henchmen. He carries a modified semi automatic shot gun and a heavy pistol. The Shotgun fires home made rubber bullets which stun potential prey. The mini is a EM4 ganger pre-paint which I have not touched other than adding his eyes. ![]() Ernie, Meenie and Mo. Typical Slaver guards/henchmen. Mo (on the right) finds the chainsaw handy for getting the Salvers into secure locations. Tox's Raiders looted a vault an abandoned vault hence the Vault Jumpsuits some of them wear. Tox hopes that this tactic may pay off one day by getting the Black Heart's access to a Vault. The minis Left and Centre are old GW 40K Rouge Trade Era Imperial Guard/Space Mercenaries/Pirates. The mini on the Right is a old GW/Citadel Chainsaw Warrior mini. ![]() Custard and Melvin. Custard likes to intimidate potential prey into submission with his fearsome hedge trimmers. Melvin found in the looted vault, a strange energy weapon known as the Mezamtron. When fired at a unsuspecting target it puts it into a trance allowing them to be easily captured. It has to be done sneakily as if spotted the weapon doesn't seem to work. His use of the weapon has given rise to a term in the wastelands "to be Melvined" - surprised in a nasty way! The minis are old GW 40K Rouge Trade Era Imperial Guard/Space Mercenaries/Pirates. ![]() Liz is Tox's squeeze. She likes to use her chain to stun prey before capturing them. Liz is not known for her mercy. The mini is a Warzone Mourning Wolf. ![]() Kitty works as the gangs Slave Herder. She is a nasty sadistic one who loves to whip the slaves to within an inch of their lives. She also performs a similar service for anyone who wants it. Or anyone who doesn't. On more than one occasion Tox has had to take her whip off her for fear of her damaging the merchandise too much. The mini is a Clix Cat Woman. The whole mob..

Great new additions to the slavers gang, I love the use of old Rogue Trader figs with their funky looking gear. Does the mezamtron still have the drawbacks experienced in FO3? Chance of head explosion, chance of increased agression and (the most annoying) chance of your mysterious stranger mate turning up out of nowhere to inconveniently shoot a mezzed victim dead. |

I am still wondering what to name the place this lot use as a base of operations. I like the adventure park with zoo idea of Paradise Falls in Fallout 3. But I also think a prison or old asylum would also make a great place to use for containing slaves for sale. |
