I did these up for a Group Build Task over at guildwargamers.com; thought I would share them. This is the terrain for Ambush Z/ATZ games. These are all card stock and foam core, with the roads mounted on MDF. In total I made 9 1ft x 1ft ground tiles, 30 buildings and a handful of street props. About 3/4 of the multy story buildings come apart, and have individual floors, so figs can be placed within. I used a mix of free buildings, ones purchased on CD off E-Bay, and World Works Games Streets of Mayhem and Bits of Mayhem sets. Paper is definitely cheaper; still this cost me almost $75 USD to put together. Well worth it, despite the amount of work that went into it. Apologies for the quality of the pics; the light in the dining room isn't the best for photos. Ground tiles laid out: (The tiles are interchangeable) ![]() Overview of all the buildings and greebles: ![]() Close ups of the various buildings: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Some action shots: Marines encounter zombies in the parking lot of the Inferno Strip Club ![]() Police confront the zombie horde in the streets ![]() A sniper team (that blur in the fore ground) takes aim ![]() Zombies advance ![]() Twilight at the Burger King: ![]() Is that a survivor?

If I was to build just one of every paper terrain building I have on my HDD then I could easily fill a 12x8 table with no more then 1" between the buildings... Its a shame my printer doesn't work.... |
