Hey guys, I'm in need of some help, hence the "please help me" etc in the title.

I want some ideas for Heroes and Villians, super powered of course, or anything really.

I'm also looking for ideas of models to use as 25-28mm Captain America, Bucky, The Sub-Mariner, Human Torch, Union Jack, Toro, Baron Zemo, Baron Blood, Hawkeye, The Vision, The Moonknight.

I also need ideas on scenery that can be thrown, ruined cars, crates etc.

Any tips or ideas, however small will be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I don't think Heroclix will be the way to go, as far as I understand they're 32mm, though I may be wrong.
2nd EDIT: Also after ideas on aquatic themed human henchmen, something like you'd see in a Flash Gordon/Buck Rogers show.

Superfigs have lots of stuff to chose from bu there sizes vary due to the very nature of Supers.
Reaper has lots of super ideas but they are more 32mm

For 25mm you can find the original Marvel and DC RPG minis from the 80s but they can get pricy but
they are true 25mm and do most popular characters.

For a some kick ass Golden Age stuff just contact me but there the larger 32mm

Heroclix range from 28mm-32mm (Earlier Stuff) but the new stuff is pretty big 32mm+ so that is a bust for most.

Hope that gets ya started and be sure to check out my forum for all things WWII and WWWII,
Brian

Hopeing you'd see this thread Brian :D I did, not long after posting this drop, in and spend an hour scourging through your site (got myself a lovely new windows background too ;) ) skimming for ideas. Well worth the effort I reckon.

I'd forgotten about Superfigs, so there's my Sharkmen henchmen, and a few new heroes too boot.

I think I may have to scan through Reaper's really early stuff and Ral Parth for semi-naked models, barbarians and the like, for suitable conversion.

Still, any ideas or suggestions welcome.

Glad you liked the forum. I am always looking for weird war ideas and proxies so I will keep my eye out for small 25mm-28mm stuff for ya.

The effects on that flaming skull are amazing! Is that your work, Brian?

Ross, while clix may not be what you're looking for in normal human sized heroes, don't forget that they might still provide those massively muscled minions. The big guys tend to be less bendy, too. A figure called Mammoth has a very "super G.I." look to him. Personally, I've always wanted to redo "The Thing" as a creature made of magma, I just don't have the paint-fu to make it work.

Nope, those require skill finer then my own. That was done by my pal Mike aka Michi over at the LAF form.

He's a brush genius,
