New Life for Old Terrain; The Big Head

I just finished revising this piece of terrain that I did a couple of years ago. It used to have an unnatural, perfectly square base, ash-grey sand, and the head was just brown and black rusty-colored.

Over the past couple of days I made the base more irregular. I repainted it to look like a sun-bleached desert. And I finally added a little green patina to the head. Here's the new, improved BIG HEAD...

A relic from the past lies corroding out in the wastelands.

That is such a cool idea and it'd make a great centrepiece for the games table. Also loving the albino gothic cowboys and cowgirl (cowpeople?)

THAT IS SO COOL! Where did you get it? On a building near my home there is a 5 foot or so tall Statue of Liberty replica on the roof. I have dreams of swipeing it and doing something like this.

Go to eBay and search for "X Men Lady Liberty Playset"

There's usually a handful up for sale at any given moment, so you can usually get one fairly cheap. Makes a great terrain piece to have a post-apocalyptic battle around!

Argh!!!! Photobucket's not to blame, I accidentally wiped out the links. I should have it fixed shortly.

(Darn high-falutin' technology)...

EDIT - Fixed 'em!
