Yes the idea of underground vaults offers great potential - and the Blue/Yellow combination is really spiffy! Go for it, I say! Though apart from the general idea that there are those vaults and the obvious stylistic |

Well I meant just having vault dewlers, some having left right after the end, others hiding away for longer... not necessiraly the dodgy funky messed up experiments... although I am in the process of painting a dozen ghosts... so mabey I can do the weird controller/blue screen ghosty vault... *edit* I swear my spelling is getting worse :p Edited by Mal, Jun 24 2010, 04:56 PM.

Finally my internet's up an running again. The upside of it all is that I had plenty of time to paint! First some children - a settlement without youth wouldn't look and feel right. ![]() Don't you just love the girl with the gas mask? 'Honest' Jules the trader (you can tell he's an honest guy by looking at his name!) ![]() Gloria - Jules' competition. As you can see by her name, she is dishonest and likes fraud. ![]() Some random Wastelanders: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() (I love this guy!) ![]() Female Vault Dwelleress. Upon seeing this miniature I had to have it! ![]() Crackling Dust - Native wastelander ![]() Black Rain - Another native American. ![]() Hope you guys like 'em! I see we have similar taste in PA minis. I have a lot of those minis in my collection as well. Excellent paint jobs as well. Are you using Two Hour Wargames? The marks on the base look like it. |

Seriously amazing job on every last one man, great job! You have officially made my mind up on persuing Post Apoc models as a hobby and for gaming. My top favorites are the goliath raiders, ghoulified vaulters, vault security and sniper, and the trucker cap wastelander |

Wow - nice work. I too have a lot of these minis, but I must say your paint jobs are much better than mine. I love the Kid in the gas mask, she is one of my favourite minis. The trader looks great in pinstripe. The female scav with the eyepatch looks like she has had a weapon swap? The guy in the red and white cap is great. |

Wow, I love your latest batch of wastelanders. That scavenger with the baseball cap is such a great mini, and I love your take on him. |

Nope, I use Necromunda - in that system the folks have a 90° field of vision and I find it handy to mark it on the base. mattblackgod:
Yes I didn't really like the weapon she came with, so I gave her this one. It's a chopped down G-43 rifle with the barrel of an MP 18 SMG. A girl needs impressive weaponry in this sea of testosterone ![]() Thanks for the uplifting comments, guys. |

Made some new Supermutants! Sorry for the pic quality - the light currently is so messed up that I simply can't get better pics with my cam ![]() Super mutants can be gun slingers as well! ![]() Super mutant wielding a scary big assault rifle: ![]() Bubba smaaht! Docter impla..gave Brain alla...altera...BRAIN BETTAH! GNNNNGH! ![]() I'm not sure yet if he'll be that dumb, though. The idea of a huge, mean, green brute discussing the philosophical implications of his deeds with prisoners surely would be hilarious as well ![]() All based on WHFB Ogres with some Inquisitor bits, tires from toy cars and lots of green stuff. Thanks, man! The GW Inquisitor range is an excellent source for weapons in the right size for super muties and they got everything you could ever want

Is the head on the last super mutant from the Inquisitor too? I like all 3 and I'm sure you use quite a bit of Greenstuff to pack the hole left from a missing gutplate |

Yes it is - some close combat dude - I liked the metal head plate - a mad scientist certainly ould tinker with their brains ![]() And yes, Green Stuff is important, but it constantly amazes me how much you can sculpt from very limited amounts of GS. |

If you look carefully you can occasionally see super muties in FO3 that have tire shoulder pads... I think its the Super Mutant Masters that have them, there are plenty around the police HQ where you do the big town rescue mission for shorty and red. |
