There is a law in the Brittannia Bunker City. Every Lord must raise a company of warriors for defence of the realm and crown. Lord Blackdaggar is no exception, even if he is a favourite of Queen Miranda. ![]() Lord Blackdaggar. Lord Blackdaggar has been criticise for having his company in drab uniforms rather than the more usual red coat and white helmet of the cities defence companies. He argues that it makes it harder for raiders or mutants to eat his men. Unusually his men do not sport Brittannia markings, only a black dagger on the shoulder pad. There are malicious rumours in the cities court that Blackdaggar preform raiding missions for the city and may also hire his company out as mercenaries. There is no proof of course. ![]() Command squad - L to R - Lieutenant George, Lance Cpl Baldie (Blackdaggar's batman/runner), Lance Cpl Bobby Bob (Medic) and Captain Percy. This squad may spilt and be anywhere on the field as may his Lordship. The Blackdaggar's are currently stationed on the borders of the Summerfeilds colony. The defend the Half Pint mutant farmers from mutants and raiders. ![]() Tactical Squad - HMG, Assault rifles and a sniper. ![]() Heavy Tactical Squad - HMG, Assault rifles and a Autocannon ![]() Assault Squad. These guys get to go point on those tunnel and bunker clearing missions. Sawn off shotgun, Flame Thrower, Assault Rifle and Power fist combo, assault rifle. ![]() Detail of the Flame Thrower tank. |

Very cool. I love Blackadder and you've done a lot of nice conversions on those Warzone minis. The WZ plastics seem to be very popular on this board. I'm guessing Melchett and Darling are safely hidden away at HQ far away from the fighting. |

Yeah they are in hiding. Melchie is a lord. His company is the Heavy Infantry who guard the Queen. Darling was going to be made, but I ran out of officers. There is also a Lord Flashy and other assorted characters from a certain TV series...all 4 series!

I still have a box of the Warzones I bought from Dawgie last year... collecting dust in that same box. Gluing issues prevent my assembling. Though I have three together ![]() Your ideas are quite worthy of pirating Danny, and I do like the paint jobs. As for the Blackadder, I can only recall seeing two episodes of the show, unfortunately local televisions doesn't carry it> The one thing I did learn from the show is not to drink any New World wine from the Blackadder! |

That is something to look out for....and the Cream Custard, Cappuccino and other assorted delicacies made by Baldrick.... (check out the fourth series if you can). Its a shame you cant get them as they are a scream if you like sarcastic and cruel comedy. Maybe there is someplace you can download/stream them? |
